Documents required to get the service:
Parents (persons replacing them) to get directions to the nursery need to collect and submit the following documents:
a) the application for issuance of directions for admission to preschool educational institution;
b) a copy of the birth certificate;
c) a copy of the passport of the father or mother of the child;
d) A certificate of the local self-government on the actual family living at this address;
e) certificate of employment of parents (or persons in loco parentis), (exception – at parents’ home).

When submitting documents to the admissions office of the original documents specified in paragraph “b” and “c”, is presented in preschool educational institution for verification and after taking the child in the direction back to the owner.

Legal basis for service provision:
Address program to tarnsfere public services to interactive form in 2013, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.

Free of charge.

In accordance with established procedure.
