Documents required to get the service :
When sending an electronic application via the Single portal, the applicant must fill out the required fields of the electronic form of the application. Copies of the following documents certified by the main seal and information stamp of a business entity, are provided to the Dealer at the conclusion of the contract
** Passport of the director;
** Registration certificate of the business entity;
** License (in cases provided by law);
** Order on the employment of the responsible person (in cases provided by law).
Legal basis for service provision :
** Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On approval of regulations on records management and organization of execution control in public administration authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, Reg. no. 140, dated 29 March, 1999;
** Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to further improve procedures related to business activities and the provision of public services”, Reg. no. PP-2164, dated April 15, 2014.
Cost and method of payment for the service :
** Submission of electronic applications through a single portal is free of charge.
Period of dealing with an application :
** Registration of the application (letter) is carried out in a period not exceeding 5 days from the date of application receipt. Delivery of the vehicle is carried out in the period from 2 to 270 business days (from the date of the applicant’s advance payment, depending on the structure of the vehicle, as well as the stock availability of finished goods and spare parts).
