SKMM e-Payment is a facility enabling online payment to SKMM through FPX and Credit Card.

e-Payment is a facility provided by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) to enable customers to make payments to SKMM electronically.
Time of payments are from 7am till 11pm every day.
Kindly print receipt that is displayed after completion of transaction for reference.
e-Payment now provides an online payment service though MEPS FPX and Mastercards and Visa Credit Cards.

Payments using MEPS FPX, can be made only if you are an electronic/online banking account holder of banks registered with MEPS FPX such as:
** Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad
** CIMB Bank Berhad
** Hong Leong Bank Berhad
** Public Bank Berhad
** Maybank Berhad
** RHB Bank Berhad
*Please check with MEPS for the latest updates on the registered banks.
Payment limit for an individual account is RM 30,000 and for a Corporate account is RM 1,000,000
Please make sure the Pop-Up blocker is disabled while using the FPX payment method. Please refer to ‘Using FPX Payment Method’ guidelines.

MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa are the new methods introduced for Online Safety Payments using Credit Cards.This method is safe and easy to use.

What are the banks can be used for the ePayment?

What are the maximum amounts allowed for the payment in the epayment portal?
FPX :
Individual: Maximum amount allowed for the payment are RM 30,000 and below
Corporate: Maximum amount allowed for the payment are RM 1,000,000 and below
Credit Card :
** Payment using Credit / Debit Card is anable only for notices/invoices amount RM 1,000 and below
What are the available time to do the epayment?
Time available is 7 am to 11 pm.

Do I need to pay to sit for an RAE or CW Test? How much?
Yes. RM 50 registration fee for each exam.
Can I purchase the voucher at any time?
Yes. However, take note of the expiry date on the voucher.
Can I purchase voucher for somebody else using my credit card/online banking?
Yes. However, please make sure that the Candidate Name and I/C correct.
What should I do after I purchase the voucher?
Fill in the application form at sems.skmm.gov.my according to your preferred exam session.
Is my voucher still valid after I withdraw from an exam session?
Yes. However you can only re-register in the next session (given the voucher is still valid before expiry date).
