What is PNB Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA)?

It allows you to check your monthly statements, posted/unbilled transactions, rewards points, and other Credit Card related information online via your mobile phones or personal computers. Do I still have to wait for 2-3 days for my password and for the activation of my account?:
No. Upon enrollment, you will be required to nominate your own username and password. Also, upon completion of enrollment, you will immediately receive an email containing the link which you need to click to activate your account.

Can I initially enroll using my supplementary card?:
No. Only Principal cards are allowed to be used for enrollment. However, the usages or transactions of supplementary Cardholders are included in the Principal Cardholder’s eSOA.

I have several PNB Credit Cards, do I need to enroll each one separately?:
No. All of your PNB credit cards are automatically enrolled once you enroll one of your PNB credit cards. It will be shown in the drop down list found below the card image at the Home Page of your eSOA Account.

My card/account is currently closed/inactive. Can I still enroll my card/account in eSOA?:
Regret that you can no longer enroll your card/s in eSOA.
Inactive (newly issued Card)
If your card is currently inactive, you can only enroll your card/s at least 24 hours after you have activated it. Please call our Customer Service at 818-9-818 or Domestic Toll-Free at 1-800-10-818- 9-818 to Activate your PNB Credit Card.

I have erroneously encoded a wrong information during my enrollment and have made 3 incorrect attempts already, will I still be able to enroll my card?:
Yes, you may still re-enroll your card after 24 hours.

I want to enroll in eSOA but I would still like to receive a hard copy of my SOA that’s why I do not want to tick the “Electronic Statement only” agreement. Is this possible?:
We would like to inform you that once you enroll in PNB eSOA, you will no longer receive a hard copy of your statement. This is the reason why the “Electronic Statement only” agreement is a required field before completion of your eSOA enrollment.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) On PNB eSOA Login

I cannot login. A prompt appeared which states that my username is still inactive. What should I do?:
After your successful enrollment, PNB sent you an email containing the activation link which you need to click to activate your account in the PNB Credit Card eSOA.

Can I immediately access my PNB Credit Card eSOA account?:
After clicking the activation link from the email that PNB sent you and being redirected to the page which states that you have successfully activated your account, you may already login and view your Credit Card details.

I forgot my password, what should I do?:
On the login page, you may click the “Forgot Password” button and you will be redirected to the “Reset Password” page. Please complete the information needed and we will send you an email containing your temporary password. We highly suggest (for security purposes), that after you receive your temporary password and after you have successfully logged-in, to immediately change your temporary password.

Terms and Conditions

** By enrolling in the PNB’s Electronic Statement of Account (eSOA), the CARDHOLDER agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing PNB’s eSOA.
** Only CARDHOLDERS with active status are qualified to enroll in eSOA. A CARDHOLDER who is currently enrolled in eSOA and who voluntarily cancels his/her credit card but still has an outstanding balance may still continue to access his/her eSOA.

** To access eSOA, the CARDHOLDER must enroll his/her credit card account by logging on to https://web.archive.org/web/20111121200142/http://cards.alliedbank.com.ph:80/estmt/ or by calling our 24/7 Customer Service Hotline at (02) 818-9-818 or Domestic Toll Free 1800-10-818-9-818 for assistance.
** A CARDHOLDER must provide a valid email address for enrollment to the eSOA.
** Once enrolled in eSOA, the CARDHOLDER shall receive his/her eSOA notification through his/her registered email and via SMS. He/she will no longer receive his/her printed SOA.

** It is the responsibility of the CARDHOLDER to immediately inform PNB of any change in his/her email address. Failure of the CARDHOLDER to receive/access his/her monthly eSOA due to change in his/her e-mail address does not excuse the CARDHOLDER from paying on due date his/her billing nor absolve him/her from incurring finance and late penalty charges.

** The CARDHOLDER accepts the responsibility to access his/her eSOA or need to check his/her amount due and payment due date. The CARDHOLDER agrees to pay his/her credit card account on or before due date to avoid incurring finance and late penalty charges.
** The CARDHOLDER should report errors in his/her eSOA within twenty (20) days from statement cut-off date otherwise, the said eSOA shall be considered correct.

** The CARDHOLDER agrees to hold PNB, its officers and employees, free and harmless from any and all liability in the event he/she cannot receive/access the eSOA due to any of the following reasons:
** a. CARDHOLDER’s email host or internet service provider (ISP) is down;

** b. CARDHOLDER’s e-mail account is over quota (hence, CARDHOLDER needs to delete some messages to free up space); and
** c. Unknown or invalid e-mail address

** Information provided by the CARDHOLDER will be used to update his/her PNB account records. The CARDHOLDER agrees to hold PNB, its officers and employees, free and harmless from any and all liability and causes of action in the event an unauthorized person accesses the information pertaining to him/her for causes not attributable to PNB, such as tapping or hacking of communication lines, errors in transmission due to faulty lines, or other forms of high technology electronic surveillance or fraud.

** The CARDHOLDER agrees to immediately call PNB at telephone number (02) 818-9-818 or Domestic Toll Free number 1-800-10-818-9-818 (24/7 Customer Service) in case of non-receipt or late receipt of eSOA.
** The CARDHOLDER may cancel his/her enrollment in eSOA Service by calling our 24/7 Customer Service Hotline at (02) 818-9-818 or Domestic Toll Free 1800-10-818-9-818.

Additional Generic Procedure

Here are the steps on how to enroll for PNB eSOA (Electronic Statement of Account):
1) Go to the PNB website: https://www.pnb.com.ph/
2) Click on the “eSOA” link under the “Online Banking” section.
3) Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
4) Enter your PNB account number.
5) Enter your mobile number.
6) Enter your email address.
7) Enter a password.
8) Click on the “Submit” button.
9) You will receive an SMS and email with a verification code.
10) Enter the verification code in the “Verification Code” field.
11) Click on the “Verify” button.
12) You will be enrolled for PNB eSOA.

Once you have enrolled for PNB eSOA, you can view your monthly statement of account online. You can also download your statement of account in PDF format.

  1. I accidentally delete my eSOA month of March 2019 in my e-mail account. Can I still retrieve my old Statement thru my e-mail for the month of March 2019 Statement date?

  4. I cannot enroll at ESOA. I don’t know the due date. It is always failed whenever I type the cardholders name. Why?

  5. I have enrolled in ESOA but every time I want to view my monthly statement by after downloading the PDF file, it’s asking for a password. What is the password? I entered my account’s Password but still nothing’s happening.

I was previously receiving the SOA for my Credit Card thru my registered email address every 5th of the month, and last November 25th, 2017, I received an email from PNB Credit Cards Advisory informing me that sending of hard copy of SOA will be discontinued starting January 31, 2018 and that sending of eSOA thru my registered email address will be continued, but now it is already December 10th, 2017 but I haven’t received the eSOA. Please send the November 2017 eSOA thru my email address before the due date or as soon as possible.

  11. I try to use OTP but I cannot access. I enroll my ESOA but I cannot. It is always invalid. How can I access my SOA in my PNB master card to view my statement without enrolling my account? Its really hard to enroll. I have 10x attempt but still it is invalid.

  12. I successfully log in my account a few times since I enrolled my ESOA but this month I couldn’t log in. It always says “wrong users or password”. Even if I forgot the password, still the same.

    I enrolled in your esoa but until there’s no soa from your agency had been sent to me why? Is there something wrong with my enrollment and until now there was no hard copy of the statement of account of my credit sent to my mailing address.

    I’m sure I know my password because I have been using that since I enrolled in my PNB SOA online. I used the same password trying to open my SOA but it flashed on screen “Invalid password”. Is there a chance that my password has been changed without informing me?

    I cannot input my email address to enroll on e-soa. What will I do? It says that it’s not valid, but it is what I use when I apply to pnb credit card. I don’t receive my billing statement until now and I cant enroll to esoa also.
