What is RPost Registered E-mail?
RPost Registered E-mail provides legal and verifiable proof and protection for the sender of any Registered E-mail sent to any recipient anywhere in the world – regardless of what system or software the recipient uses, regardless of their settings, and without requiring them to respond in any way.

Services Offered By RPost Registered E-mail
Unlike the common ‘read receipt’, the Registered E-mail services provide legal and verifiable evidence of the content and time any e-mail was sent and received by anyone, anywhere in the world. The service is designed to protect the sender in those instances where the delivery, content or time of an e-mail are disputed, in addition to enhancing efficiency and cost-savings. Think of it as a tool that can save you time, money, and headaches!
RPost provides a Registered Receipt e-mail that gives the sender verifiable proof of:
** Delivery
** Content of e-mails and attachments
** Uniform time sent and received (atomic clock time stamp)
RPost service does not:
** Require any recipient action or special software
** Store your e-mail content or information
How To Use RPost Registered E-mail Service?
There are two ways you can send a Registered E-mail message from your computer.
Option 1:
If you use Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes or Novell GroupWise you can install the RPost “Send Registered” button onto the compost page of your mail program.
How to send a Registered E-mail message – “Send Registered” button:
Step 1: Compose, reply or forward an e-mail like any other e-mail.
Step 2: Press the “Send Registered” button.
Step 3: Choose additional and included features on the feature pop-up.
Step 4: Recipient is not required to do anything.
Step 5: RPost provides a Registered Receipt e-mail that gives the sender verifiable proof of, delivery and content of e-mails and attachments and the official time sent and received.
Notes:
** There is no delay in delivering a Registered E-mail vs. a traditional e-mail.
** The first Registered Receipt e-mail that comes back to you will create a “(R)eceipts” folder under your inbox.
** To authenticate or verify the Registered Receipt e-mail, simply forward it to the address “verify@rpost.net”.
Option 2:
If you have web-mail, a PDA, Mac or other mail client you can send a Registered E-mail message by simply adding “.rpost.org” at the end of the recipient address. This routes the message to become a Registered E-mail – No software necessary!
For example:
To send a Registered E-mail message to jim@firm.com you simply send it to jim@firm.com.rpost.org.

How to send a Registered E-mail message – “.rpost.org” method:
Step 1: Compose, reply or forward an e-mail like any other e-mail.
Step 2: Add the suffix, “.rpost.org” at the end of the recipient address
Step 3: Press “Send”
Step 4: Recipient is not required to do anything.
Step 5: RPost provides a Registered Receipt e-mail that gives the sender verifiable proof of, delivery and content of e-mails and attachments and the official time sent and received.
Notes:
** There is no delay in delivering a Registered E-mail vs. a traditional e-mail.
** It is recommended that you create a separate “Receipts” folder to protect the receipts from accidental deletion.
** To authenticate or verify the Registered Receipt e-mail, simply forward it to the address “verify@rpost.net”.
