How To Apply For Bhutan Online Audit Clearance System?

Applicant visits Audit Clearance System online and fills up the application form.The authorized officials of the concerned agency verifies and submit the application which will then be forwarded to Clearance Section of RAA

Step 1 : Visit the official website of Bhutan Royal Audit Authority provided above and Click ‘Audit Clearance System’ link under Citizen Services

Step 2 : Then, Click the menu “Apply”.

Step 3 : Enter the following details,
1. Select your Applicant Type
2. Select your Nationality
3. Select your Employment Type
4. Enter your Employment Id
5. Click Submit button

Government Employee

1. Select “Government”, if the applicant is government employee (Regular, Contract, ESP/GSP and Fixed term).

The government employees under fixed term includes Ministers/Constitutional Heads/Members of Parliament (National Assembly and National Council)/Commissioners/Judges of Supreme Court and High Court/Members of Privy Council/Thrompons/Gups/Mangmis and Tshogpas)

2.Select your “Nationality” from the drop-down list.
1. “Bhutanese”, if the applicant is Bhutanese.
2. “Non-Bhutanese”, if the applicant is Non-Bhutanese.

3. Select “Employment Type” from the drop-down list.
1. “Regular”, if the applicant is regular government employee.
2. “Contract”, if the applicant is on contract.
3. “ESP or GSP”, if the applicant is ESP/GSP government employee.

4. ”Fixed Term”, if the applicant is Minister/Constitutional Head/Members of Parliament/Commissioners/Judges of Supreme Court and High Court/Members of Privy Council/Thrompons/Gups/Mangmis and Tshogpas.

To be filled up by an Individual :
1. Regular employee – Insert Employment Id No. assigned by the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC). The employee details will be fetched from the RCSC.

2. Contract Employee – Insert contact EID No. assigned by RCSC. The employee details will be fetched from the Royal Civil Service Commission.

3. ESP/GSP Employee
3.1 For “Bhutanese ESP/GSP Employee” Insert CID No. The employee details will be fetched from the Department of Civil Registration & Census.
3.2 For “Non-Bhutanese ESP/GSP Employee” Insert Passport Id or Employment Id.

4. Fixed Term – Insert CID No. The employee details will be fetched from the Department of Civil Registration & Census.

After filling up the required details, click on the “Submit” button and the required page will appear.

Corporate Employee

1. Select “Corporate”, if the application is corporate employee.

2.Select your “Nationality” from the drop-down list.
1. “Bhutanese”, if the applicant is Bhutanese.
2. “Non-Bhutanese”, if the applicant is Non-Bhutanese.

To be filled up by an employee :
1. For “Bhutanese Employee”, Insert CID No. and click the submit button. Once submitted, the details of employee will appear. The employee details will be fetched from the Department of Civil Registration & Census.

2. For “Non-Bhutanese Employee”, Insert Passport Id or Employment Id of the respective agency and click submit button. After filling up the required details, click on the “Submit” button, the required page will appear.

Private Individual

1. Select “Private”, if the application is private individual participating in National/Thromde/Local Government Elections.

To be filled up by an individual :
1. Enter CID No. The individual details will be fetched from the Department of Civil Registration & Census. After filling up all the required fields, click on “submit” button to forward the application.

The Authorised officials in the agency concerned :
The authorised officials of the concerned agencies will login into the system to verify the application and click on “approve” button to submit the application to the Clearance Section of the RAA.

The authorised officials in the Clearance Section, RAA :
The authorized officials of the Clearance Section will login into the system to verify the application and click on the “Approve” button to submit the application to “RAA final Approver” for final reconfirmation and approval.

Process 4 The RAA Final Approver
The “RAA Final Approver“ will login into the system to reconfirm and approve the application.

How To Track Application Status?

Click “Track Status” button to find out the status of application. After entering the Application No. or CID No., the application will be either approved or rejected.

Additional Simplified Procedure

Here are the steps on how to apply for Bhutan Online Audit Clearance System (OACS):
1. Go to the OACS website: https://aims.bhutanaudit.gov.bt/
2. Click on the “New Application” button.
3. Enter your personal information, such as your name, contact details, and citizenship number.
4. Enter the details of the entity you are applying for clearance for, such as its name, registration number, and address.
5. Upload the required documents, such as the entity’s certificate of incorporation, audited financial statements, and tax clearance certificate.
6. Pay the application fee.
7. Click on the “Submit” button.

Your application will be reviewed by the Royal Audit Authority (RAA). If your application is approved, you will be issued an audit clearance certificate. This certificate will be valid for one year.

Here are the required documents for applying for OACS:
** Certificate of incorporation of the entity
** Audited financial statements of the entity for the last three years
** Tax clearance certificate of the entity
** Proof of payment of application fee

Note:
The application fee for OACS is Nu. 500. The processing time for OACS applications is usually two weeks. However, it may take longer if the RAA is experiencing a high volume of applications. You can track the status of your application by logging into the OACS website and clicking on the “My Applications” tab.

  1. To findout auditclearence online form is very very difficult .i tried alot by following the steps but ican’t.why don’t the authority diectly disply theform like promoton form….it will helps a lot to those who are in private and others …

  2. My audit clearance certificate is still in pending as I could not produce the updated separation letter last time. So how can I upload the separation letter to obtain the same? I tried to reapply but the system is not accepting it.
