Additional Simplified Procedure

There’s likely a Bhutanese government department or agency responsible for overseeing cooperatives and their registration. Here’s how to find the relevant information:

Government Websites:
** Look for the websites of the Bhutanese Ministry of Agriculture and Forests (https://www.rcsc.gov.bt/en/moaf/) or the Ministry of Trade and Industry (https://www.moice.gov.bt/?page_id=262301). These ministries might have departments that handle cooperatives.
** Check the official Bhutan government website (https://www.facebook.com/bhutan.gov.bt/) for a directory of government departments.

Department of Cooperatives:
If you find a department dedicated to cooperatives, it likely has information on registration procedures and information management guidelines.

Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI):
The BCCI (https://www.bcci.org.bt/) might have resources or guidance for cooperatives, although their primary focus might be on larger businesses.
