Steps:
Step-1 : Please click ‘Ballast Water Form’ in the home page.
Step-2 : Then fill all mandatory fields.
Step-3 : Click on ‘Submit’ button.
Step-4 : Then the system will generate a unique reference number for the ballast water report and the reference number shall be displayed to the user for further information
