What is PSA Serbilis?
PSA Serbilis is the official online portal of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) where you can request a copy of your PSA birth, marriage, or death certificate, or a Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR). The process is simple and straightforward.

Step-2 : You can find the “Check Request Status” box at the Top Right Side Corner
Step-3 : Enter your “Reference Number” in the space provided.

What do I need to present to the courier when the certificates are delivered to me?
Civil Registry documents can only be issued to:
(a) The owner himself or through a duly authorized representative
(b) His/her spouse, parent, direct descendants, guardian or institution legally-in-charge of him/her, if minor
(c) The court or proper public official whenever absolutely necessary in administrative, judicial or other proceedings to determine the identity of a person
(d) In case of the person’s death, the nearest of kin
If you are the document owner and you are unable to receive the document, you may authorize a representative to do so on your behalf.
Your authorized representative will have to present the following to the courier:
(a) your signed authorization letter
(b) your valid ID (with photo and signature), including PhilID
(c) the valid ID (with photo and signature) of your authorized representative, including PhilID
Why did the PSA issue a certification (negative) instead of the copy I requested?
If you receive a certification (negative), it means that PSA has no record of the birth, marriage, or death certificate in its electronic and paper archives after an exhaustive search in the said archives.
What will I do if I get a certification (negative) from PSA?
Please refer to the instructions attached to the Negative Certification.
I have already complied with the requirements of endorsement (or delayed registration, as the case may be). Can PSA Serbilis process the reference number again of my previous request?
You can no longer use the Reference Number of your previous request. There are documents to be submitted to the PSA for endorsements and delayed registration cases.
Can I make corrections after submitting my request/s online?
If you have not paid your request yet, you may submit another request with the correct entries. However, once payment is made, PSA Serbilis can no longer accept corrections and/or cancellations. This will require a new request. Please be careful when filling out the online application form.
If I request for the birth certificate of my son who was born three weeks ago, will it be processed on a regular schedule?
No, processing of your request will take an additional ten to fifteen (10–15) working days after receipt of payment, and you would most likely be issued a certification (negative) instead of the birth certificate you are requesting.
Additional Simplified Procedure
Here’s how to check the status of your PSA Serbilis certificate request online:
1. Go to the PSA Serbilis website (https://www.psaserbilis.com.ph/)
2. Click on the “Check Request Status” tab.
3. Enter your PSA Serbilis Reference Number.
4. Click on the “Submit” button.
5. Your certificate request status will be displayed.
Note:
If your certificate request is still pending, you will be able to see the date when it was submitted and the estimated processing time. You can also check the status of your payment. If your certificate request has been completed, you will be able to download your certificate or have it delivered to you. Please note that you will need to have your PSA Serbilis Reference Number in order to check the status of your request. You can find your reference number on your confirmation email or on your PSA Serbilis account page.
