PSA Serbilis (www.psaserbilis.com.ph) is an online facility that allows you to submit requests for the following civil registry services:

When do I get charged for my request/s if I pay through the online credit card payment facility?
Your credit card is charged immediately after you submit your credit card information and upon successful validation of the said information. You will receive a payment confirmation message from PSA Serbilis.

Can I request for a refund?
PSA Serbilis adopts a NO REFUND policy for all its services. All certifications issued by PSA are considered rendered service. All requests submitted via PSA Serbilis and paid through the available payment channels will undergo processing under the Civil Registry System of PSA. Can I just print one (1) copy of the Acknowledgment page if I will make an over-the-counter payment?
If you will make an over-the-counter payment, you are advised to print TWO COPIES of the Acknowledgment page that lists your request/s. One copy will be submitted to the teller/cashier and the other copy will be for your reference.

I applied for one copy of my marriage certificate and I paid P600.00 instead of just P330.00 for that copy. Can I have the excess P270.00 returned to me?
Please coordinate with the bank/payment center and request for the return of the excess payment. It will be the bank/payment center that shall notify us of your request. Please understand that such requests will undergo the proper verifications before the excess amount is returned to you. Another option you might consider is to submit a new request whose amount due corresponds to the excess amount. Should you decide to do this, kindly email us the Reference Number of the new request to enable us to credit the excess amount to this new application.

I applied for a CENOMAR through the PSA Serbilis website but inadvertently paid only P300.00 instead of P430.00 which is the cost of my request. What should I do?
We would like to reiterate that only paid requests will be processed. Underpayment cases require payment re-processing. You will be notified via email regarding the underpayment and you will be required to fill in the balance at the bank/payment center where you made your payment. Once you have accomplished this, the balance will be added to the previous amount and your document request will be processed.
