BRTA View Appointment Schedule of Fitness
BRTA Service Portal (BSP) Bangladesh Road Transport Authority(BRTA) will allow citizen to resister as a service recipient as driver, owner, vehicle dealer to register learner driving license, smart card driving license, driving license renewal, duplicate driving license and all relevant services.

How to View Appointment Schedule?

Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the official website through provided above.
Step 2 : Next, Select your Branch
Step 3 : Select your Date
Step 4 : After that, click on “View” button
Step 5 : The result will be displayed as shown below.
Fitness & Tax Token
Fitness Renewal :
The service recipient from the latest BRTA circle office who has received the registration or fitness renewal of his motor vehicle will apply for the renewal of fitness of his motor vehicle along with the required documents in the prescribed form at the circle office and present the motor vehicle to that office for inspection.
Documents required :
1. Application form filled and signed in the prescribed form.
2. Receipt for payment of required fees.
3. Original copy of fitness certificate.
4. Attested photocopy of updated tax token.
5. Attested copy of TIN related documents.
6. Proof of payment of estimated income tax.
Tax Token Renewal :
1. The 1st tax token for motor vehicle registration is issued by BRTA.
2. The tax token can be renewed from the specified bank subject to subsequent payment of the prescribed fee.
Documents required :
1. Previously issued Tax Token Certificate (original copy).
Route Permit
(A) Applications for stage carriage (bus, metibus) and contract carriage on the route under one or more departments operating on inter-district route have to be submitted at BRTA Headquarters, Ellenbari, Tejgaon, Dhaka along with necessary documents.
(B) The application for stage carriage (bus, metibus) and contract carriage on the route under the same department operating on inter-district route has to be submitted to the Divisional Office of BRTA for the issue / renewal by the concerned Divisional Commissioner along with the required documents.
(C) Application of route permit for stage carriage, contract carriage and general transport / private transport (freight truck, van, tanker etc.) plying between more than two districts by the Regional Transport Committee (RTC) of the area concerned. Necessary documents have to be submitted to the concerned circle office of BRTA.
Documents required :
1. Filling and signing the application form in the prescribed form.
2. Receipt for payment of required fees.
3. Attested copy of driver’s appointment letter and driving license.
4. Attested photocopy of registration and fitness certificate.
5. Original copy of Root Permit Certificate (applicable for renewal).
6. Attested photocopy of updated tax token.
7. Attested copy of TIN related documents.
8. Attested photocopy of supposed income tax deposit receipt.
