FAQs
1. I have registered for vaccination. How long must I wait to receive my appointment details?
Appointments will be made in phases based on the pre-determined category the individual falls under. Candidates will receive confirmation of date and assigned Vaccination Distribution Centre (PPV) two weeks prior to their appointment.
2. When will I know all appointment details?
Vaccination candidates will receive confirmation of date and assigned Vaccination Distribution Centre (PPV) two weeks before their scheduled appointment. Within the two weeks, candidates will also get reminders via their MySejahtera app, phone call or SMS.
3. How do I make an appointment?
Your appointment will be made once you’ve completed the questionnaire on your MySejahtera app. Your answers will determine which category you fall under and an appointment will be scheduled according to the phases identified for each category. You will then be informed via Push Notification.
4. I recently underwent a surgery to remove a growth. Does that mean I have comorbidity?
Yes. Although the growth has been removed, you are still considered to have comorbidity.
5. What should I do if my current location is not available?
For MySejahtera app users, you can use the helpdesk feature under the COVID-19 vaccine category to report this. Profile -> MySejahtera Helpdesk -> Start -> vaccinecovid-19.
6. What is comorbidity and how will I know if I have it?
Comorbidity is when an individual has pre-existing health conditions like high-blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, low immunity, asthma, cancer, chronic lung disease, stroke or obesity. Comorbidity can only be certified by qualified medical professionals.
