Telephone Line Subscription :

Provides connection to the fixed telephone network.
Enables subscribers to make and receive national, cellular and international voice and fax communication over the telephone line.

Enables subscribers to dial-up access to the Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) at cost-effective tariffs .

Pricing:
Deposit Fee – 5,000 LL
Fiscal Stamp – 2,000 LL
Total -7,000 LL
Monthly Charges – 9,000 LL
GSM Usage Fee – 166 LL/min
ISP’s 4-digit numbers Usage Fee – Flat Rates

Regular Usage Fee:
From 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM 49 LL/min
From 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM 28 LL/min

Note:
Monthly Charges include CLIP, Call Waiting and Call Forwarding which are activated upon request.

Subscription Process:
To subscribe for a New Line:
** Visit your local OGERO Sales Office.
** Complete Application Forms for a New Line or related service .

List of Documents for Line Subscription:
A copy of ONE of the following documents:
** Identity Card
** Valid Passport
** Form (2) for Military Servants

A copy of ONE of the following documents:
** The title deed.
** The building permit.
** The title of rent approved by the municipality or the notary.
** A sale contract certified by the Land Registry.
** A residence certificate provided by the mayor.

Note:
(*) The subscriber needs to process the Subscription in person. Otherwise, you may authorize a delegate to process the subscription on your behalf with the following documents:
a Power of Attorney certified by a Notary Public, if you reside in Lebanon,
a Delegation of Power certified by the Lebanese Embassy, if you reside abroad.

Additional Documents for Non-Lebanese Nationals Subscription:
In addition to the previous document, Non-Lebanese nationals need to present a copy of ONE of the following documents:
** Residency Permit and home address abroad,
** A Property Ownership Deed with a copy of valid passport,
** Long-term rental agreement (non seasonal) with a copy of valid passport

I can’t send emails through my Microsoft Outlook (Outlook express) when using the ADSL Connection?
Use OGERO’s relay service that allows you to send email by changing Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to mail.ogero.gov.lb.

How do I sign up for a new account?
On OGERO’s main page, in the Bill Details section, click on the link “signup for a new account”. In the signup form enter your information and click on submit.

How do I log in to my user profile?
From OGERO’s main page, in the Bill Details section, enter either your username or telephone number depending on which one you used when you created your signup, then click on the login button.

How do I enroll my telephone number?
Click on the Enroll number tab, enter your telephone numbers details, and submit. Make sure your information is correct or enrolling will not work

If I don’t have the information required to enroll my telephone number, and I need to enroll my DSL number, what do I do?
On the Enroll number page, click on the link “if the information below is not available click here to enroll your DSL number” . Then provide your DSL number “DSL Ñâå” and the application number ” ×äÈ Ñâå” from your DSL application form.
