Issuance of deposit refunds paid :
Required Documents :
** Proof of identification.

Procedures :
** Filing of application at the department offices.
** Field inspection is conducted to ensure that the site is clean and the tent is removed.
** Letter is sent to Director of Central Market.
** Statement showing the value of deposits paid is prepared and signed by the Director.
** Application is referred to Financial Affairs Dept. at the Center.
** A check in the value of deposits paid is issued and signed by Deputy Mayor.
** Applicant receives check.
Adjusting the Amount of Capital :
Required Documents :
** Original Vocational License.
** Record of capital adjustment at the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
** Record of Registration at Amman’s Chamber of Commerce or Chamber of Industry following capital adjustment.
Procedures :
** Filing of application at Citizens’ Referral Office (CRO).
** Determining fee variation by data entry official.
** Verification of fees by Chief of Vocations branch.
** Collection of due fees.
** Issuance of license signed by authorized officials.
** Applicant receives the license.
Adjustment of zoning plan :
Required Documents :
** Owner’s written request, or someone who can legally act on his/her behalf.
** Up-to-date zoning site plan.
** Title of Registration.
** Up-to-date plat.
Procedures
** Application is filed at CRO of the particular region, then referred to the Zoning and the Engineering branches.
** Application is referred to the Zoning Dept. at Municipality headquarters.
** Application is reviewed by Zoning, and Land Survey engineers.
** Details of the request is studied and then referred to the top administration for needed approvals.
** If the request is approved, required plans are prepared and signed then paperwork is referred to the local committee of the particular region.
** Once the local committee renders a decision regarding the request, the decision is then reviewed by the District Committee for Zoning and Building. The District Committee, if it approves, would then announce the adjustment to the public for a period of two months.
** After the expiration of the announcement period, the local committee would decide to address objections to the request, if any, then refer its findings and recommendations to the District Committee for approval of the request and implementation once the approval decision is published in the Official Gazette.
