Licensing of Nuisance Vocations in Commercial Zones :

Required Documents :
** Up-to-date zoning site plan.
** Registration at the Ministry of Industry and Trade once the application is approved.

** Filing of application at Citizens’ Referral Office (CRO).
** Site inspection of building.
** Application review by chiefs of Vocations and Engineering branches.
** Referral of application to ‘Nuisance Vocations’ Committee at the Center.
** The Committee renders a decision which will be certified by the Mayor.
** Application is referred back to Regional Directorate.
** Health field inspection is conducted.
** Collection of due fees.
** Issuance of License.
** Signing of license by the chiefs of Vocations and Health branches and the Regional Director.
** Applicant receives the license

Licensing of Vocations that involve use of roadways :
Required Documents :
** Up-to-date zoning site plan.
** Registration at the Ministry of Industry and Trade once the application is approved.
** Lease if applicant is leasing the premises, or title of ownership if applicant owns the premises.
** Construction Permit, Building License, or Appraisal Certificate (for old buildings).

Procedures :

** Referral of application to ‘Vocations Involving Use of Roadways’ Committee at the Center.

** Back-referral of application to the Regional Directorate.
