License Provide for business of transporting container vehicles :

Required Documents :
** Service application form duly filled.
** Recent commercial register from the Ministry of Industry and Trade shows purposes and capital and the names of the partners and authorized persons for signature and management.

** Certified lease contract or ownership deed of the company office and trucks bed yards.
** Copy of the national ID card and scientific qualification of the director.

Procedures :
** A request for the service is duly filled and attached all the documents is submitted to the Directorate of companies licensing after presenting the receipt form.
** The application and documents are checked then transferred to the specialized authority in the Directorate for you to make an appointment for physical inspection and instruct the applicant to pay the fee of the inspection and invite the committee to convene.
** The committee will consider the applications and make sure of the validity of the data and documents including the physical inspection of the applicant sites.
** The minister or his authorized representative, upon the recommendation of the Committee the required license for one calendar year.
** The applicant visits the Directorate of companies licensing in the specified period to pay fees and receive the license after presenting receipt form.

Notes :
** Registered capital is at least (100,000) one hundred thousand Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
** The number of refrigerator trucks owned by the company / institution requesting the license is at least (10) trucks and the trucks should meet the required specifications and having valid licenses.
** Financial guarantee letter for a period of one year of the value of (10,000) ten thousand Jordanian dinars for the benefit of the ministry which is unconditional and payable on demand in accordance with the approved form.
** The company’s office space is not less than (100) square meters equipped with a telephone, fax and commercial sign and trucks bed yards space not less than (2000) square meters for each ten trucks.
** Existence of a director holding Jordanian nationality and holds a public secondary school certificate.
** The number of administrative staff is not less than four employees, including the director and there must be ten (10) employees as technical staff and drivers.

Estimated Time :
Ten (10) days from the date of application and full documents submittal.

Estimated Fee :
1. one hundred (100) JOD fee to issue the license for the first time 2. thirty (30) JOD for physical inspection 3. two hundred (200) piaster inward stamps
