DCAA Aviation Business Affairs NOC E-service
This service enables the customer to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) related to aviation Business Activities in the Emirate of Dubai including Free Zone Areas.

Procedures
Registration for first time customer Login and select services – Customer Fill in information – Customer Submit application – Customer Pay online (e-Government) – Customer DCAA will Receive Application after successful payment Assess, Review & Evaluate application by DCAA Approve, Reject or Need more info – DCAA Upload approved NOC copy – DCAA Download and print – Customer
Required Documents
Based on the service required ( list of required documents will be provided by Aviation Business Affairs and Consumer Protection )
Registration
1. User shall click on the Login icon from the main page of the user profile.
2. User now click on “Register” button.
3. User shall fill the Customer Registration form and obliged to filled all the Mandatory field which have asterisk (*) sign in the label of the field.
4. User shall select the relevant “Category” from the Account Details field.
5. User shall click “Submit” button after entering all the required fields.
6. A Success message will be displayed on the screen.
7. User will also receive the “Successful” email notification which have the “Activation Link” to complete the registration process.
8. After clicking on the link, user will be redirected to user confirmation screen
After completing above steps (covered for the Registration section), user can access all DCAA E-Services after login and can submit the request and check their status.
Terms & Conditions
1) The NOC is issued at the request of the applicant without incurring any responsibility on Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.
2) NOC issued by DCAA will be valid for a period of one year, renewable for a similar period annually, unless stated otherwise.
3) The holder of this NOC is required to strictly comply with the rules and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai & its Free Zone Area‘s to the relevant activity.
4) The beneficiary of the NOC is the applicant and it’s not transferable.
5) Customer who’s practicing a profession that requires the approval of the DCAA shall renew his permits 30 days prior to expiration of its validity.
6) The holder of a NOC is required to inform DCAA of any changes to its incorporation or status.
7) DCAA reserve the right to conduct security inspections/audits at the company facility.
Delivery Time
1 ) NOCs to be processed by Aviation Business Affairs only – 3 working days….
2) NOCs processed by Aviation Business Affairs & requires Security & Safety approval – 10 working days
Service Fees
** 6,520 AED – Activity related to the aviation sector for one year
** 100,020 AED – Activity of an aircraft manufacturing
** 50,020 AED – Activity of manufacturing an internal aircraft parts
** 20,020 AED – Activity of Aircraft Cabin Simulators Manufacturing
** 10,020 AED – Activity of Remote-control Airplane Manufacturing
** 50,020 AED – Activity of Airframe Manufacturing
** 6,520 AED – Open a branch or a service center
** 2,520 AED – Amend the permission issued from DCAA to the other companies
