How To Apply For BISE Saidu Sharif Certificate?

Original Certificates of successful candidates are sent to their respective schools/colleges. Therefore, the stuents are advised to contact their respective schools/colleges in order to receive their Original Certificates prior to visiting the Board Office. Normal applications are processed within one week.

Original Certificate :
You need to submit photocopy of the Marksheet (DMC) in Certificate Section. You will be issued a token. You can receive your Original Certificate from the Certificate Section Window by presenting student CNIC or student’s Father CNIC alongwith the token.

Normal application :
You can receive your Original Certificate from the Certificate Section Window by presenting student CNIC or student’s Father CNIC alongwith the token.

Urgent application :
Urgent applications are processed within twenty four hours. You can receive your Original Certificate from the Certificate Section Window by presenting student CNIC or student’s Father CNIC alongwith the token.

Migration Certificate :

School to School Migration Certificate :
School to school or college to college migration certificate is issued to candidates migrating from one institution to another institution within the jurisdiction of the Board (within area falling under the control of the Board).

Board to Board/University Migration Certificate :
This type of certificate is issued to candidates seeking admission in a school, college that is outside the Board’s area (jurisdiction of the Boar) or the candidate is seeking admission in a university.

Attempt/ Appearance Certificate :
This type of certificate is issued to candidates seeking admission in a college that is outside the Board’s area (jurisdiction of the Boar) or the candidate is seeking admission in a university. Medical colleges and Engineering colleges or other professional educational institutions require attempt/appearance Certificate

Duplicate Certificate :

Certificates in Duplicate are issued at secondary and higher secondary level after fulfilling the following formalities.
** Press cutting two in number (advertisement in any two daily newspapers)
** Form completed as per directives given in the form for duplicate certificate
** Affidavit

Certificate of Merit :

Certificates of Merit are issued to top three position holders in various categories at Secondary and higher secondary level.

Sports Certificate :

Sports Certificates are issued to the players that have participated in various categories of sports at Secondary and higher secondary level. For any querries regarding sports, you may like to contact Director Physical Education and Sports.

Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) :

All Students regular and private can receive their DMCs from the Schools or Colleges where they appeared for Examination. DMCs are dispatched to the respective schools/ colleges after the declaration of the result.

Fee Structure of BISE Saidu Sharif

Original Certificate :
** Urgent Fee Rs. 300/- (three hundred only)
** Normal Fee for Marks Improved Rs. 300/- (three hundred only)
** Normal Fee for Additional Subject Rs. 300/- (three hundred only)
** Normal Fee Rs. 300/- (three hundred only) for session 2002 and before
** Normal Fee Nil (session 2003 and onwards)

Duplicate Original Certificate :
Fee Rs. 1000/- (one thousand only)

Revised Original Certificate :
** Fee Rs. 600/- (six hundred only)

Duplicate DMC (Marksheet) :
** Fee Rs. 300/- (three hundred only)

Migration Certificate :
** Urgent Fee Rs. 500/- (five hundred only)
** Normal Fee Rs. 300/- (three hundred only)

How To Submit Fee?

Fee can be submitted to the Board in any Branch of Allied Bank Ltd. (ABL) situated in District : Swat, Buner, or Shangla. Slips for fee submission are available at the ABL Branches. You need to submit the prescribed fee. No additional service fee is charged. Organizations sending documents (Certificates and marksheets) for verification also can submit fee of verification through bank draft. The bank draft should be submitted in favour of Secretary B.I.S.E Saidu Sharif, Swat.

One can submit fee in any of the following modes :
** Allied Bank Ltd. (ABL)
** Bank Draft
** Money Order

Additional Generic Procedure

You can apply for a BISE Saidu Sharif certificate online by following these steps:
1. Go to the BISE Saidu Sharif website: https://www.bisess.edu.pk/.
2. Click on the “Online Application” tab.
3. Click on the “Certificate” tab.
4. Select the type of certificate you want to apply for.
5. Enter your registration number.
6. Enter your father’s name.
7. Enter your date of birth.
8. Enter your email address.
9. Enter your mobile number.
10. Click on the “Submit” button.
