UAE SmartPass Registration

In order to create your SmartPass account, and access certain SmartPass and linked UAE Government e-services, you are required to register on SmartPass to create a user name and password.

SmartPass Registration Steps

Choose your Registration Type
1. Choose one of the Registration options below
Register with Emirates ID / Register without Emirates ID

Step 1 : Read All the Terms & Conditions and click on accept button.

Step 2 : Register using a kiosk- Click on next button
SmartPass Kiosk application available in more then 300 locations across UAE, allows you register and manage your account.

Step 3 : Insert your Emirates ID Card – Click on done button
Do not remove the card until registration process is complete

Electronic Versions of Documents

The electronic versions of TRA documents published on the SmartPass Services including the Website, SmartPass kiosk applications, SmartPass mobile applications and/or future SmartPass service channels are for personal reference, research, information and/or educational purposes only.

The definitive version of any TRA document is the original printed version held by the TRA. If the document has been signed by an authorized person, the definitive version is the original printed and signed version held by the TRA.

In the case of any difference between documents, the version so held by the TRA shall take precedence over any other version.

government.ae is the official portal of the UAE Government, launched on May 2011, by H. H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
