For document review :
One minimum wage rate is charged for consideration of candidate’s application on license issuance.

State fee for license issuance :
Four or five minimum wage rate for simultaneous issuance of licenses for two and more professional activities on securities market.

Basis for Provision or Rejection of Service

Reason for service provision :
** Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On securities market”
** Regulation “On licensing professional activity on securities market”

Reason for rejection :
** submission of improper filled in documents by license candidate;
** inaccurate or distorted data in documents submitted by the license candidate;
** non-compliance of license candidate to licensing requirements and terms.

Documents Required

a) application on license issuance, including:
name and organizational-legal form of a legal entity, its location (postal address), name of a bank institution and deposit account number in a bank institution;
professional activity on securities market, that a license candidate intended to undertake;

b) copy of the certificate of a legal entity’s state registration;
c) document, confirming payment made by license candidate for processing of his application by licensing authority;
d) certified copies of constituent documents along with all registered amendments and additions to it;

e) copy of balance sheet with the tax authority’s sign and report on financial results for the last reporting date (except the case, when candidate was established after the last reporting date);

f) calculation of own resources amount for the last reporting date in accordance with the order, approved by licensing authority;

g) copies of documents, confirming compliance of the manager and employees of license candidate (except investment funds) with qualification requirements of licensing authority, including copies of documents of license candidate – legal entity on employing them on a permanent basis, as well as copies of documents, confirming work experience of persons, carrying out functions of single executive body;

h) order of preserving, protecting and recovering information, including set of measures, directed to illegal use of confidential information, approved by the candidate;
i) other documents listed in paragraphs 10—15 of the Regulation on licensing professional activity on securities market, required for licensing professional activity on securities market;

j) it is necessary to provide valuation report for anew founded legal entities, carrying out organization of own resources through non-cash contribution.

In case of monetary investment for formation of own capital, license candidate should present a bank certificate on availability of means on his bank account according to norms set by licensing authority.

k) copy of a Regulation on internal control.
