What is Uzbekistan OneID One Identification System?

OneID One Identification System provides a single account that can log in to various government agencies and civilian websites with a single ID.

The users do not need to create multiple accounts for different websites and can register to OneID with their PKI without visiting the responsible office.

Once a user logs in with the OneID, the user doesn’t need to log in again to visit the website where the OneID One Identification System is applied.

Purpose of One ID System

The OneID One Identification System provides a login function to the client systems. The users should register personal information including ID, Password, Name, PIN (Personal Identification Number) and so on to the One ID system in advance. (PKI authentication required)

When a user calls the login function from the client system, the One ID system will provide a login screen to the client system. If the user inputs ID and Password, One ID system proceeds to authenticate the user and returns the authentication result including user identifier to the client System.

The client systems can also request for additional authentication methods such as OTP (One Time Password) and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) to strengthen the security. To be specific, the client system should request a login screen with the parameter about login methods such as ID/Password, and OTP or PKI if necessary.

The client system should match user identifier with their user’s information to know who they are and check the user’s authority. (The client system should manage the user’s authority)

How To Get EDS?

Step 1: Provide all required documents and signed application on issuance of EDS. Signed application state that you have agreed with public offer of EDS registration center.
Step 2: In case of successful processing of application pay for issuance of EDS by transferring money to bank account of EDS registration center.
Step 3: Provide original identity document of EDS owner and removable USB drive to obtain EDS in the form of electronic document.

Where To Get EDS?

In order to get EDS you need to visit The State Department of Taxation of any district (of your city) from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 18.00 (lunch break is from 13.00 to 14.00). Addresses and telephone numbers of district tax inspections can be found on the website of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan – soliq.uz. You will be given application form and list of documents and the possibility to look at public offer.

Documents Required For EDS

For individuals :
** The copy of identity document (passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan)
** Signed application form for issuance of EDS.

For legal entities :
** The copy of identity document (passport of a citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan) of legal entity owner.
** Notarized copy of warrant on the name of the head of legal entity-for legal entity representative.
** Notarized copy of certificate of registration as a legal entity.

Owner of EDS of legal entity representative is stated in application form on issuance of EDS.

Timescale & Payment of EDS

The period to process application on issuance of EDS takes no longer than 5 working days. Registration of EDS keys and issue of certificates of EDS keys happen not later than next day after payment.

The sum to be paid for issuance of EDS is 10 % of minimal salary, without value-added tax.

The applicant must pay full sum for issuance of EDS by transfering money to bank account of EDS registration center: account : 20210000200431200001 in Trustbank , MFO 00491, TIN 201589463, OKONX 82000.

Legal entities are able to pay only by transferring money to bank account. Individuals can pay additionally through payment systems such as CLICK and MBANK.

Additional Simplified Procedure

Here are the steps on how to register at Uzbekistan OneID One Identification System:

1. Visit the official website:
** Go to the OneID website
** Choose your preferred language from the options available (English, Uzbek, or Russian).

2. Click on “Sign up now”:
Locate the “Sign up now” button on the homepage and click on it.

3. Fill in the registration form:
Provide the following information accurately:
** Your mobile phone number (in international format, e.g., +998901234567)
** A strong password (meeting the specified requirements)
** Your PIN code (a 4-digit code you’ll choose for additional security)
** Your full name as it appears on your passport or other official identification document

4. Verify your phone number:
You’ll receive an SMS code on the mobile phone number you provided. Enter this code in the designated field on the website to confirm your number.

5. Complete the registration:
** Once you’ve verified your phone number, click on “Complete registration.”
** You’ll be asked to accept the terms of service and privacy policy. Read them carefully and click on “I agree” to continue.

6. Activate your account (if required):
** In some cases, you may need to activate your account through an email link or a second SMS code. Follow the instructions provided on the screen.

7. Access your OneID account:
After successful registration and activation, you can now log in to your OneID account using your phone number and password.
