** It is an online facility for members with i-Akaun to submit their education withdrawal application through EPF website.

scope of Education Withdrawal available under e-Pengeluaran :
a. Withdrawal to fund for member’s education fees or member’s children education fees who currently studying at a local Higher Learning Institution (IPT) only
b. To repay outstanding balance for the education loan taken from the Education Loan Provider (IPP)

Eligible To Apply :
Citizenship – Malaysian :
Age during application : Below 55 years old
Savings in Account 2 : Have savings in Account 2

Eligibility for e-Pengeluaran Education :
a. The current withdrawal requirements remain unchanged. Please visit EPF website .kwsp.gov.my
b. Registered i-Akaun user
c. Member/Member’s children studying in IPTs participating in e-Pengeluaran
d. Member/Member’s children wanting to repay outstanding loan balance taken from participating IPPs
e. Applicants must verify thumbprint at any EPF counters for the application to be approved

f. Payment will be made to the member’s Savings/Current Account or IPT/IPP Account via direct crediting Members who do not fulfil the e-Pengeluaran requirements could submit the application at EPF counters or by mail.

5 easy steps to use e-Pengeluaran :
a. Register/Log in to i-Akaun through EPF website
b. Choose ’Withdrawal’ tab
c. Click on ’New Application’ to begin the transaction
d. Visit the nearest EPF branch for thumbprint verification after being notified through SMS and Secured Messages in i-Akaun
e. Check member’s Savings/Current Account or IPT/IPP Account on payment crediting

i-Akaun FAQ :
How do I register for the i-Akaun?
** For members, you can obtain the Activation Code at any EPF Kiosk or Counter nearby by using your MyKad or contact the EPF Contact Management Centre at 03-89226000.

** You are then required to visit the EPF website and click on ‘Login to i-Akaun (Member) >> i-Akaun Activation’ to activate your i-Akaun with the Activation Code within 30 days.

** For employers, representatives who have been appointed to manage the i-Akaun for the company can visit any EPF counter to obtain the i-Akaun Activation Code using Form KWSP 1 or KWSP 1(i).

** Upon receipt of Activation Code, visit the EPF website and click on Login to i-Akaun (Employer) >> i-Akaun Activation to activate your i-Akaun with the Activation Code within 30 days.

What is the eligibility to register for the i-Akaun?
** For Malaysian members, must own a Member ID No. or a valid EPF number.
** For Non – Malaysian members, must own a valid passport or a valid EPF number.
** For employers, must own a valid EPF number.
