What is Rural Payments Wales Online?

You can use Rural Payments Wales (RPW) Online to apply for and manage your payments for the Welsh Government’s Basic Payment and Glastir schemes.  RPW Online has been developed to provide a quicker and simpler way to complete applications and do business with Rural Payments Wales.

RPW Online makes applications quicker and easier to complete. The online system has many advantages, such as reducing the risk of error by checking your application for common mistakes and carrying out important calculations automatically.

The interactive maps let you measure the length and area of land features, whilst the online messaging service keeps you up to date with the progress of your applications.

To access RPW Online, please contact the Customer Contact Centre on 0300 062 5004 and tell the operator you Customer Reference Number (CRN).

How To Login Into RPW?

You will need a Service Activation Code (SAC) to access RPW Online for the first time.

Please telephone the Customer Contact Centre on 0300 062 5004 (during office hours) to request a SAC if you do not already have one. You will subsequently need your Government Gateway ID and password.

For the best user experience, you should use a computer or laptop with one of the following internet browsers :

Note :
Due to important IT maintenance work and work on the Government Gateway, you will not be able to login to RPW online on the following dates :
Tuesday 28 April 22.00 to Wednesday 29 April 06.00 and Thursday 30 April 17.00 to 19.00. We apologise for any disruption this will cause you.

Rural Payments Wales (RPW) is a government agency that is responsible for administering the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) and other agricultural support schemes in Wales. RPW is also responsible for delivering a range of other services to farmers and other rural businesses, such as advice and support, and grants and loans.

RPW was created in 2007 by the Welsh Assembly Government. It is funded by the Welsh Government and the European Union. RPW has its headquarters in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Wales.
