If you see more than one card mentioned on your statement, it could be because your card number has changed, it’s been reported as lost/stolen or the card type has changed. Old cards may remain on the listing. We maintain these accounts for some time on our systems to monitor any unauthorised usage. The details of the old card are for information only and will be removed on future statements.

Paper / paperless statements :
If you would like to stop receiving paper statements or go back to receiving your statements by post, please log in to the Internet Bank  and:
** Select Manage – tab located at the top of the page
** Find My site settings
** Select the link View or change my site settings
** Select ‘Stop all paper statements’ or ‘change’
** Continue to follow the on screen instructions

Choosing online statements means you are asking us to stop sending you statements in the post and, instead, we’ll send your statements in electronic form to your Internet Bank. You will also receive an email telling you when your latest statement is available to view on the Internet Bank. The email will also let you know if you’ve incurred any fees on your account in the last month. You will need to log in to the Internet Bank and check your online statement in order to view the details of any fees incurred. Please note that if you have a joint account that is not set up to receive separate statements, all account holders must be happy to choose online statements for you to make the change.

You can always opt back into paper statements in the future if you change your mind.
