How To Pay Taipei Gas Bill?

Methods to settle your Taipei gas bill:
Regular Payments:
** Convenient Stores: 7-11, OK, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, Simple Mart.

** Banks and Financial Institutions.
** Direct Debit: Direct Debit Payment service via banks and various financial institutions.
** Credit Card.

** Taiwan Shin Kong Commercial Bank ATMs.(ATM locations)

Overdue Payments:
** Payable at Taipei Gas Customer Service Center. (Additional charge of 1%-4% for late payments)
** Taiwan Shin Kong Commercial Bank ATMs.(ATM locations)

** Ordinary Customers (excluding commercial customers) will still be able to make payments at convenient stores within 28 days after the stated due date, but a penalty fee will be charged in the next bill.
** For commercial customers, when payment deadline coincide with weekend or holiday, the last payment day will be postponed to the next working day.

Information needed:
Applicant’s personal information (Name,Personal ID Number, Contact Phone Number),Individual acting as a representative for the applicant are also required to provide their personal information for record keeping purposes.

Commercial Customers (Requires documentation of identity, deposit payment):
Information needed:
Individuals: Personal ID or Valid Passport/ROC (Taiwan) Resident Certificate
Companies: Corporate Registration Certificate
Personal ID of the representative (agent)
Applications are accepted at the Taipei Gas Customer Service Center only. – Guan Fu North Road, Lane 11, No.35, 1st Floor

Housing without gas pipelines :
Gas Pipeline Quotation Fees (Households: NT100, Commercial: NT500), our engineer will be dispatched to provide a quotation. (Download Application Form)

Application Process:
Customers wishing to resume gas service :
Customers with outstanding gas fee are requested to settle their gas bill. Otherwise, the applications will not be accepted.

Property owners:
Applicant’s personal information (Name, Personal ID Number, Contact Phone Number). Please call 2769-1212 for services.

Please fill in the Agreement of Customer Name Change form, faxing to 2762-9695, and calling the customer service line 2769-1212 for modification.

Commercial users on a lease:
Apply for account transfer: Corporate Registration Certificate, Personal ID of the business owners, Corporate Seals, Personal ID and Seal of the agent, Receipt of Deposit Payment.

Methods of Meter Reading Reporting :
** Gas supply service is divided into 2 areas, Western and Eastern region, using Jianguo North/South Road as a boundary line.

Meter Reading Reporting/Collection Period for the Western region starts on the 10th on an even numbered month and ends on the 18th of the following month, whereas the Eastern region starts on the 10th on an odd numbered month and ends on the 18th of the following month. The above mentioned Meter reading/collection periods will be subject to change slightly when encountering national or public holidays.

** Regular household customers will be charged on a bi-monthly basis; commercial and large-volume users will be charged monthly.
** Dispatching personnel every month/bi-monthly, according to pre-set work schedules, to users’ property for meter reading collection.
