PHCN Bills can now be paid at any bank branch closest to you using the Easy Payment Solution; payments is made by cash and always insist on getting a copy of your e-receipt from the bank teller as this is the only evidence of your payment.

Make your life easier! Pay your bills monthly through Mobile Phones and POS. Payment is made using your personal phones or agents located near you i.e. streets through cash. It is as easy as buying a recharge card with a minimal fee charged for transaction and an e-receipt is issued as an evidence of payment made.

As part of our effort at PHCN to promote epayment and run a cashless society, we are introducing utility payment via ATM/POS; the customers account is debited while PHCN account is credited via virtual transfer on the ATM machine and POS, a transaction fee is charged and an e-receipt issued to customers at the end of transaction.

Q. How do I get started?:
A. Click Request a meter on the Quick Links panel on the right.
** Read the Terms and Conditions.
** Fill in your name and location in the field below the Terms and Conditions.
** Accept Terms and Conditions to download form containing your name and location.
** Print out Meter Request form, fill and submit form at your district office

My Account Status Online:
Q. When I make payment, can I see the credit through online billing?:
A. Yes, you can obtain your account status online. However, It takes 24hours to process your payment and update your account.

Payment after disconnection notice:
Q. Can I make payment into my account online even though I have received a disconnection notice?
A. Yes, you will be able to pay up your outstanding bills and the reconnection fee using your account online.

Helpdesk:
Using the Complaints Form :
You can get support from the helpdesk by sending your complaint using the Online Complaint form. Please select your PHCN District, your Zone and fill in your e-mail address.

Your mail will be sent to the appropriate officer in your district office. Please fill in a valid e-mail through which a response will be sent to you. It may take a while, but you will get a response from your district office.

Using the feedback system in your account

If you are an existing customer, please login to your account using your account number and password.

Click on ‘Feedback’ , simply fill the feedback form and click the send button. Your mail will be sent to the appropriate officer in your district. A response will be sent to your inbox (in your account).
