Documents required to get the service:
Bank card is provided to Cardholder on basis of written agreement concluded between Bank and Cardholder, where types of operations and rules of their transactions, rights, duties and liability of parties, terms of settlements and validity of card are defined.

Passport of individual or written application of legal entity is required.

Legal basis for service provision:
Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan DP-1325 “On Additional Measures To Stimulate Development Of Settlements System With Using Of Bank Plastic Cards” dated of 19.04.2010;

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers 445 “On Measures For Further Development Of Settlements System Based On Plastic Cards” dated of 24.09.2004

Cost and method of payment for the service:
Commission for services are to be charged according to current banking rate and may vary according to size of minimum wage.

Period of dealing with an application:
Bank shall to open accounts within two working days from the day of submission by customer documents stipulated for opening accounts.

Terms of services are to be defined by bilateral agreement for provision of banking services.

Maximum allowed time to serve one applicant in provision of public service since his submission is not limited.

Methods for obtaining results:
Personal apply: from 9:00 to 18:00 verbal consulting (no more 20 minutes) on any issues of service provision and provision of written information in form of standard text, state duty payment details, composition of necessary documents.

Phone calls apply: from 9:00 to 18:00 verbal consulting (no more 5 minutes) on any issues of service provision that does not require accurate explanation of huge information, such as details of state duty payment.

Apply by fax: 24-hours reception of any written requests, transmission of documents on request – from 9:00 to 18:00 (no more than 3 pages).

E-mail apply: 24-hours reception of any written requests in common text formats (plain text, attachment as DOC, RTF, PDF) or other formats as agreed, from 9:00 to 18:00 sending written documents in plain text format or as attached file in DOC , RTF, PDF or otherwise as agreed, there are files of standard, required forms, location maps ready to send.

Result of the service:
A bank card is a payment card that allows to cardholder possibility of multiple bank account operations, including cashless payment and money withdrawal from the account. Types of transactions that cardholder is entitled to realize are to be established by Agreement between cardholder and issuer of bank card.

Reasons for refusal:
The reasons for refusal of service are:
** person who applied for service doesn’t have right to receive it or credentials to act on behalf of another person;
** discrepancy of documents to certain requirements (incomplete list, improper filling);
** there is misleading information in submitted documents;
** discrepancy of person applied for service, to certain requirements.

Order of appeal:
Recipient of service may appeal poor provision of services as follows:
** on-site requirements to bank management;
** appeal to bank’s head-office through telephone hotline;
** appeal to Central Bank through telephone hotline.
