What type of information is stored at the National Archive of Georgia?:
The National Archive preserves accounting documents of state agencies, upon which the information on a hiring or dismissal of a person from an appropriate body, including information on his/her wages, may be issued.

When might I need to solicit a certificate on my work experience preserved at the National archive?:
Certificate of your work experience will help you to receive pension related and other documents of social character.

Who should I address to obtain a certificate of my work experience stored at National Archive?:
To receive a certificate of your work experience, you need to refer to the Justice House and submit following documentation:
** ID card;
** In case of a legal person – written statement of a director or his deputy on organization’s title paper (if such exists);

** Power of attorney (in case of representation);
** Certificate of war veteran (if you wish to be served free of charge);
** IDP card (if you wish to be served free of charge);
** In case if you are parent of 4 or more children, ID cards of children (if you wish to be served free of charge);

** Certificate of a socially helpless person (if you wish to be served free of charge);
** Disability card of 1st or 2nd category (if you wish to be served free of charge);
** Pension card (for 50% exemption from state duty and only under condition that the document required from the archive is of an applicant).

Terms of service and the state duty:
Retrieval of information for past 1 to 5 years:
On 10th day of application – 8 GEL
On 5t day of application – 11 GEL

Retrieval of information for past 5 to 15 years:
On 10th day of application – 15 GEL
On 5t day of application – 21 GEL

Retrieval of information above 15 years or more:
On 10th day of application – 30 GEL
On 5t day of application – 42 GEL

Who should I address to register the right to ownership based upon exchange ?
To register the right to ownership based upon exchange, please refer to Public Service Hall or territorial office of National Agency of Public Registry and submit the following documentation :
** Application (electronic application to be filled in by the front desk operator);
** Proof of identity document;
** Duly attested deal on exchange of real estate;
** If you are a legal representative of an interested person, you should in addition submit a properly attested Power of Attorney and proof of identity document.

Note :
** Service fee payment might be done at Public Service Hall.
** On case by case basis, additional documentation or information may be requested to make a decision on given case.
