Based on law no. 10 040, dated 22.12.2008 “Air Code of Republic of Albania” and Joint Decision no. 4103 dated 19.09.2011″For the Approval of National Security Training Programme of Civil Avitaion”.

Civil Aviation Authority is a public entity with self-financing and depended by the Minister. CAA functions as national authority in accordance with international obligations.

Required Accompanying Documents:
** Full details of the applicant and the date of the actual employment;
** Completed security activities and their commencement date;
** Details of completed training;
** Name and signature of the trainer and the trainee;
** Evaluation;
** Results of tests.

Procedure Steps:
** Formal request by interested subject associated with the appropriate documentation;
** Scrutiny of documentation.
