Provision of Professional Service :

Pursuant to Law No. 8872, dated 29.3.202 “On Vocational Education and Training”, as amended by Law No. 23.06.2011, Article 23, and Decision No. 196, dated 23.3.2003 “On Standards of Vocational Education and Training Curricula Development”, the Vocational Training Section at the National Employment Service shall monitor the training process of the Regional Directorates for Public Vocational Training, which provide vocational training courses.

Pursuant to Guideline No. 1457, dated 28.07.2009 “On Procedures to Process Application for Licensing of Entities Conducting Vocational Training Activities”, point 3, the Sector for Vocational Training at the National Employment Service, shall examine the documentation submitted by the private or public entity, which is applying to the National Licensing Center for a license to provide vocational training courses, and conducts a site inspection of the service provided by the this entity.

Required Accompanying Documents:
The necessary documentation for registering at the Regional Directorates for Public Vocational Training:
** Identification document, in case the person is interested to register at the Regional Directorates or Local Offices of the National Employment Service.

** In cases where the interested person is already registered at the Regional Offices or the Local Offices of the National Employment Service he/she shall be requested to provide a certificate of registration as unemployed job- seeker which is issued by these institutions, in order to benefit from reduced fees for special courses.

** The private or public entities applying to the National Licensing Center for a license for providing vocational training courses, during the inspections shall be requested to provide the documentation submitted by them to the National Licensing Center.

Procedure Steps:
** In order to be able to attend the courses provided by the Regional Directorates for Public Vocational Training it is sufficient to address them or if you are unemployed and wish to benefit from reduced fees, you must first register at the Regional Directorates or Local Offices of the National Employment Service in order to get the unemployed job-seeker status and latter on address the Regional Directorates for Public Vocational Training.

** For the private entities it is sufficient that they apply to the National Licensing Center.

Validity Period:
Unlimited.

Tariffs and Taxes:
Fees for courses provided by the Regional Directorates for Public Vocational Training vary depending on the course.

Fees for private entities 10000 Albanian Lek.

Deadline for Making the Decision:
The individuals who either do not appear by the set deadlines, or object the employment or participation in the state programmes provided by the employment service, shall be cancelled from the unemployed job-seeker register.
