QAC Apply For Admission

The following is a step-by-step guide intended to assist applicants through the admissions application process for the Associate Degree programs offered by Qatar Aeronautical College.

Step 1 – Admission Requirements:

Step 2 – Apply for Admission:
Apply using the online admissions application:
** Complete the online admissions application at your own pace.
** Submit the QR 300 undergraduate admission application fee as part of your online admission application.
** Electronically submit the application when complete.
** Receive an instant confirmation of submission.

It is important to note that all required documents need to be emailed or posted to the Admissions Department in order to complete the application process to the fiollowing address :

All missing documents may be submitted in-person or by e-mail, before the admission deadline. Applicants should not submit any supporting documentation to the Admissions Department until they have submitted an admissions application. The Admissions Department will not accept any documentation unless an admissions application has been submitted for the intended semester of admission.

Step 3 – Check your Admissions Application Status
Applicants can review the status of their application to ensure that the admissions application is complete and that all required documents have been submitted by the application deadline. Associate Degree applicants can use this feature to:
** Verify that the Admissions Department has received the admissions application
** Review a listing of required materials received by the Admissions Department.
** Track all requirements which remain outstanding and must still be submitted by the applicant in order to complete his/her admissions application by the application deadline.
** Receive online notification of the program’s admission decision.

Required documents:
** Scanned passport-sized photograph.
** A copy of the passport information pages.
** A photocopy of the national ID Card.
** A stamped and signed copy of the secondary school certificate.
** An original certificate of high school attested from the place that it has been issued, attested by the Ministry of
** Interior of that country and attested from the state of Qatar (Embassy of Qatar) in that country.
** Copies of IELTS/ACT/SAT/TOEFL scores if available.
** Any recommendation letters.
** Short essay on Why do I want to be a QAC Graduate? (500 words).

Other Criteria :
1. In case an applicant possesses IELT(5.5),TOEFL(550),SAT(500),ACT(24) certificates, he/she will be considered for entry to any of the programs above.

2. All applicants who graduated from high schools outside Qatar or from non-Goverment schools in Qatar must get their secondary school certificates equalized from the Ministry of Education.

3.Students once enrolled must provide police clearance certificate from the Ministry of Interior.
4.All PTD &ATC students must go through class1 medicals and provide copy of the same.
