Nestlé NESQUIK Competition
By entering into the Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited NESQUIK Competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.

The Competition is open to everyone except the following people:
1. directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited;
2. people who are not legal residents and legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa;
3. spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 2.1 above; and
4 persons under the age of 18 years.
The Competition commences on 17 February 2015 and closes on 31 March 2015.
To participate in the Competition, each participant must purchase any of the following products:
1. NESTLE NESQUIK Chocolate 250g
2. NESTLE NESQUIK Chocolate 500g
3. NESTLE NESQUIK Strawberry 250g
NESTLE NESQUIK Strawberry 500g
Entrants must dial *120*5625*last 4 digits of the bar code# in order to enter. Entry costs 20c for 20 seconds as per USSD entry. Winners will be determined by random draw. Entrants are required to keep their till slip as proof of purchase, the till slip must be valid and correspond to redemption criteria and reflect product purchase.
Who May Enter
Participants may enter the competition as many times as they wish over the promotional period, provided that participants purchase the participating products each time, subject to the following conditions:
1. All entries from disqualified participants’ cellphone numbers will be rejected
2. No computer-based entries will be accepted
3. Any cellphone number that enters an incorrect code 5 (five) times in succession will be locked out of the promotional competition for the entire duration of the promotional competition (“Blocked Participants”)
Blocked Participants have an opportunity to call the Client Call Centre on 011 000 0000 between 09h00 – 16h30 Monday to Friday should there be a valid reason, which is accepted by the Promoter, for the Blocked Participants entering an incorrect code 5 (five) times in succession
There are 2 Family Holidays available as main prizes, to the value of R50, 000 per holiday:
1. The Holiday prizes will be drawn at the conclusion of the promotion, after the 31st March 2015 by TMARC and a representative from Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited using a computer based algorithm.
2. The Family Holiday prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable. The prize will be booked through a pre-selected travel agent chosen by Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited and will arrange all travel and holiday arrangements, to the value of R50 000.00. The winner of the prize must be one of the travellers on the holiday.
3. If the holiday prize is not redeemed by the 31 December 2015 it will be forfeited.
Prize
There are also R500 daily cash prizes to be won:
1. The following process will be followed to redeem cash prizes: the winners will be notified instantaneously via 2 x SMS’s – one from TMARC confirming the fact they have won; one from ABSA within 48 hours. The TMARC SMS will confirm the amount and an Authorisation PIN of 6 digits. The ABSA SMS will confirm the 10 digit Withdrawal Access number as well as the amount. Winners go to any ABSA ATM, push CASHSEND Option and follow the prompts. Both the Authorisation PIN and the Withdrawal Access number are required to complete the transaction.
There are also 484 spot Movie vouchers to be won:
1. Winners of the Movie Vouchers will receive an instant notification of the Quantity of the movie vouchers they have won on entering cellular phone number.
2. An SMS with the 4 Movie voucher numbers will be sent to the cellular phone number used to enter the competition
Terms & Conditions
** At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from a representative of Nestlé at which point he/she may be required to provide his/her ID and/or driver’s license to the Nestlé representative. The potential prize winner will also be required to provide his / her address details in order for the prize to be couriered to his / her address.
** Potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to Nestlé. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and a runner- up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
** If Nestlé, the organisers of the competition and the Promoters are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners within 72 hours of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
** The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
** No substitution or cash redemption of non-cash prizes is permitted. Prizes are not transferable.
** It is expected that people will enter on a phone that is owned and registered to that person. No other person can use another person’s phone for competition entry purposes. This is to avoid fraud and possible litigation between the phone owner and the entrant.
** Therefore each entrant is expected to be the owner of that phone and no singular person can enter off another mobile phone number. This is to avoid additional fraud being conducted by multiple SIM card owners.
** Each entrant is expected to have purchased the brand and be able to produce a valid till slip if requested by NESQUIK
** By entering this competition you authorise NESQUIK, the promoter, to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes.
** The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity for broadcast or publishing purposes, which is conditional upon their agreement to take part in such publicity. Winners or participants that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the promoter.
