You will need a Customer Reference Number (CRN) to make a payment. The reference number is NOT your case or Time-to-Pay number. It is the CRN printed onto your Time-to-Pay approval letter or notice you have received from the Fines Enforcement Registry.

Search for your Customer Reference Number (CRN) online:
You can search for your CRN online if it is not printed on the notice you received. You will need to enter a case number or Time-to-Pay number so we can tell you what CRN to use.

If you do not have a case number or time to pay number, contact the Fines Enforcement Registry on 1300 650 235 (mobile/international callers: (08) 9235 0235), between 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except public holidays), or email fines@justice.wa.gov.au.

You can also check the online licence suspension search to see if your licence has been suspended for the non-payment of fines.

Online (credit card):
You can make an online credit card payment using your CRN with a Visa or MasterCard between $10 – $10,000.

If approved, your payment will be processed on the Fines Enforcement Registry’s database within one working day. Payments made after 5pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following working day.

If you have any other outstanding court fines or infringements that are not included in a Time-to-Pay arrangement, or you have any other outstanding amounts, your licence may still be subject to a fine suspension. It is your responsibility to check this before driving.

BPAY:
Payments can be made using BPAY through your bank or financial institution. The biller code for the Fines Enforcement Registry is 48249. If you do not know your CRN (Reference Number) you can search for your CRN online.

Phone:
You can pay your fines over the phone by using your credit card (MasterCard or Visa) by calling 1300 276 468, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and enter your credit card details along with your CRN (reference number). Payments made after 5pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following working day.

In person:
You can pay your fines in person at any Magistrates Court in Western Australia.

Direct debit:
You can pay off your fines and infringements through direct debits from your bank account by completing and returning a Direct Debit Request Form.

This Form should be posted to:
Fines Enforcement Registry
Department of the Attorney General
GPO Box X2293
PERTH WA 6847

If you would like a hard copy of this Form mailed to you, contact the Fines Enforcement Registry on 1300 650 235 (mobile/international callers: (08) 9235 0235).

Or you can pick up and fill out a Direct Debit Request Form at your nearest court.

Please note that a direct debit form alone does not lift a fine suspension.

Centrepay:
Centrepay is a voluntary deduction service available to Centrelink customers.

By completing a Centrepay Form, you allow Centrelink to make deductions from your fortnightly benefit to pay off your outstanding fines. You can pay off your outstanding fines at a minimum of $25 per fortnight. Centrepay is easy, simple and free.
