Pay Water Bill Online:
As a service to our customers, the City of Beaumont offers a number of convenient ways to pay your utility bill. Remember, you are responsible for paying for services in a timely manner. Utility bill statements are mailed monthly. If you do not receive your statement, please call Water Customer Service at (409)866-0023 for a statement amount or check your balance online. Payments must be received on a timely basis to avoid disconnection of service. Service charges are assessed on late payments.

Additional Simplified Procedure
You can pay your Beaumont Texas water bill online through the City of Beaumont’s website.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to the City of Beaumont website: https://www.beaumonttexas.gov/.
2. Click on the “Water” tab.
3. Click on the “Pay Your Bill Online” link.
4. Enter your water billing account number.
5. Enter the amount you want to pay.
6. Select your payment method.
7. Click on the “Pay” button.
You can also pay your Beaumont Texas water bill by phone, mail, or in person at City Hall.
Here are the payment options and their corresponding fees:
** Online: $1.99 for payments between $1-$200, 2.5% of the payment for amounts between $200.01-$25,000.
** Phone: $1.99 for payments up to $200.
** Mail: $2.50.
** In Person: No fee.
