First Passport For Child Born In Belgium :

Requirements:
** Passport form duly filled in
** Birth Certificate issued by the Commune + one photocopy

Related : eID Belgium Electronic Identity Card : www.statusin.org/7793.html

** Pakistani Passport of Parents + one photocopy each
** Belgian Residence Card of Parents + one photocopy each
** CNIC/NICOP of Parents + one photocopy each
** Three passport size photographs of the child

Fees:
** Normal Fee Euro 35/- (delivery after 8 days)
** Urgent Fee Euro 80/- (delivery next day)

Renewal of Passport:
Requirements:
** Passport form duly filled in
** Expired Passport + one photocopy
** CNIC/NICOP Card + one photocopy
** Belgian Residence Card + one photocopy
** Three passport size photographs

Fees:
** Normal Fee Euro 35/- (delivery after 8 days)
** Urgent Fee Euro 80/- (delivery next day)
** Damaged Passport Fee Euro 70 (delivery after 8 days)

New Passport (in case passport was lost):
Requirements:
** Passport form duly filled in
** Police Report for loss of Passport
** CNIC/NICOP + one photocopy
** Photocopy of Lost Passport
** Belgian Residence Card + one photocopy
** Four Passport size photographs

Fees:
** Normal Fee € 65/- (first lost passport) delivery after 8 days
** Urgent Fee Euro 160/- (first lost passport) delivery next day
** Normal fee Euro 130 (second lost passport) delivery after 8 days
** Urgent fee Euro 320/- (second lost passport) delivery next day

Note:
** The Embassy prefers to receive fee through bank contact machine installed in the Consular Section.
** The Embassy issues manual passports with maximum validity upto 30 November 2015. In case Machine Readable Passport is required, Embassy can issue a letter for Pakistan Embassy in Paris or Consulate in Frankfurt

Machine Readable Passports :
** Machine Readable Passports (MRPs) are issued in conformity with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.
** MRP office operates on the principal of live data capturing so applicants’ presence (with required documents) is compulsory to process the application.
** Applicants’ data entry, photo, signature and thumb impression capturing are done by trained MRP staff using latest technology.
** Applicants DO NOT need any application forms or photographs for MRP applications as it is done by MRP staff during application process.

Requirements for applying for a New MRP or Renewal of MRP :
** Applying for New or Renewal of Machine Readable Passport

Machine Readable Passport (MRP) system uses the data from National Database and Registration Authority’s (NADRA) system and MRP application can only be processed if applicant has following valid original documents :
** Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC); or
** National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP);or
** Smart National ID Card
** Computerized Child Registration Certificate (CRC/Form B) for under 18 years applicants only; and
** Belgian/Luxembourg Resident card of proof of residence
** If you do not have a valid CNIC, NICOP, Smart National ID Card or CRC please apply for one of these NADRA documents and proceed for MRP application after you have received it. Please click the following link for further information on NADRA Cards:

Application in the event of Loss of Passport :
** In case you have lost your Passport, you can apply for reissuance of your Machine Readable Passport (MRP).

Following documents are required for processing an application :
** A photocopy of Lost Passport
** Copy of valid Belgian/Luxembourg visa
** Police Report containing Lost Passport Number

Production of one of the following, original and valid NADRA Cards along with its photocopy:
** Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
** National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)
** Smart National ID Card

Note :
** In case of a lost passport application, MRP shall only be delivered after the verification of the previous MRP/Manual passport from the concerned issuing authority in Pakistan or Abroad, which may take a month or longer.
