Introduction:

The Consular Section of the Consulate General of Pakistan, Jeddah provides a bouquet of consular services to both resident and non-resident Pakistanis which are as under:-

This passport is issued only in case of emergency.

** Issuance/renewal of Manual passports.
** Registration and endorsement of children on parents’ passports.
** Issuance of Emergency Passports (Out passes) for repatriation of destitute Pakistan nationals.
** Attestation of documents.

Emergency Passports:

Single sheet emergency passport (out passes) valid for return to Pakistan, withholding the passports of such persons, or also issued to destitute Pakistan nationals to facilitate their repatriation.

Requirements for issuance of Emergency:
Passports (out passes) for Umra / Hajj or visit over stayers.
** Application on prescribed form ‘C’
** Passport (photo copy)
** Three recent photographs
** CNIC / NICOP (Computerized National Identity Card / National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis )
** Letter of Umra / Hajj companies
** Jawazat print computerized
** Police report
** 2 Affidavits with photo copies of their iqama’s from guarantors who know the applicant
** In case of children , Birth Certificate from the reputed hospital.

Lost Passport:

** Application on prescribed form ‘A’
** Letter from the Sponsor
** Newspaper advertisement
** Police Report (original and photocopy)
** Computer Jawazat Print (original and photocopy)
** Photocopy of the lost passport
** Photocopy of CNIC or NICOP + original
** Photocopy of Iqama + original
** Four recent photographs with light blue background

Attestation of Documents:

Power of Attornies are attested by this consulate subject to personal appearance of the executants for signature and thumb impression. The Consular Section attests documents, either issued from Pakistan or any other country issued to a Pakistan national. The documents issued from Pakistan are to be first attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its offices in either Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar or Quetta. Documents issued from any country other than Pakistan are to be attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country. The documents would then be counter attested by this Consulate. The documents in original along with its photocopy and a copy of CNIC / NICOP and Iqama is also to be presented at the time of attestation.

Consular Team visit to western region:
Consular teams undertake visits to different cities of the Western Region (Abha, Al-Baha, Bisha, Jizan, Madina Munawwarah, Najran, Taif and Yanbu) to provide consular services to the Pakistani community residing in the area.
