The e-AMUSEMENT PASS Data Transfer Service allows you to move your play data from one e-AMUSEMENT PASS to a new e-AMUSEMENT PASS.

There are no charges for using the service

*You are required to purchase an e-AMUSEMENT PASS separately.

To use this service, log into the e-AMUSEMENT PASS Members Site, go to “My Page”, and choose “Data Transfer Service”.

Why is the e-AMUSEMENT PASS Data Transfer Service convenient?:
If you lose an e-AMUSEMENT PASS or it fails to work, you can transfer play data to a new e-AMUSEMENT PASS via this service.
If you register the e-AMUSEMENT PASS to a KONAMI ID in advance, you can check the card number (user code). For this, we recommend you to do this.

What is required to use the e-AMUSENT PASS Data Transfer Service?:
You will require the following to use the service.
** A new e-AMUSEMENT PASS
** The Card Number (User Code) of the original e-AMUSEMENT PASS
** The passwprd of the original e-AMUSEMENT PASS.

Caution:
To use the e-AMUSEMENT PASS Data Transfer Service you need the Card Number (User Code) of the original e-AMUSEMENT PASS.
Please make a note of the Card Number (User Code) of your e-AMUSEMENT PASS and store it securely.
Please note that if you are unable to remember the Card Number (User Code) of your original e-AMUSEMENT PASS, you will not be able to use this service.

Do you sell game manuals?

Our newer games do have manuals available online for you to download. Please visit our website at https://www.konami.com/en/ and click on the manuals tab to see all the manuals we currently have available for download.

For older titles or titles not available for download on our website, dependent upon the current stock of replacement manuals, we do offer replacements. Please contact by submitting a ticket, and be sure to include the game title and the system/console you require the manual for; we will then confirm if we have any to ship.

Does KONAMI sell items to the public?
Please visit the KONAMI Style store to browse what product we offer for direct sale to the public.

How can I get a donation from KONAMI?
For a prompt review regarding donations, please provide your request as follows :
** Only charitable organizations can request donations, and must have nonprofit tax exemption status under Internal Revenue Service code 501(c)(3). Please include a copy of your organization’s non-profit status.

** Please include in the letter specific information about the event including date, location, number of participants, what you are requesting, when you need it, mailing address, and a contact name and phone number.

** Letter must arrive in our office a minimum of 60 days prior to the event date. Any late submissions will not be reviewed.
Please submit a ticket to address your request.

How do I contact the game developers?
If you would like to leave any feedback or suggestions for our game developers, please submit a ticket to us and we will forward on your comments to them. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive a response back from the developers.

How do I know if my KONAMI product is covered by your warranty?
Your purchase must meet the following criteria :
** It must be purchased from a licensed retailer. This excludes second hand shops, third party retailers, and any unauthorized sellers.
** You must obtain the receipt from the purchase. The warranty will ONLY cover items purchased within 90 days of the sell date listed on the receipt.
