JNCB Online Statements/ eStatements
eStatements are account statements available for viewing and download via NCB Online Banking. The statements are available for free and will replace the printed statements you receive by post office mail.
The statements include all customer transactions and cheque images for the selected period.
You can view up to six (6) months of statements online.
How do I view my online statements?:
** Select the account for the eStatement you wish to view.
** Move cursor to the statement table row in which the statement you wish to view is located
** Select the “View” icon located under the “View” column
** PDF Statement with images will be displayed
** Scroll or use the arrow to view each page
** Click on a cheque transaction and the image of the cheque will be displayed
** Select All accounts at the top of the page to go back to the available accounts
** Click “Exit” to close view statement link and go back to account summary page
How can I obtain older account statements that are not available for online viewing?:
If you would like a copy of a statement older than six (6) months, please contact Customer Care 1-888-NCB-FIRST (622-3477).
How can I save a copy of a statement?:
** Select the account for the statement you wish to save.
** Move cursor to the statement table row in which the statement you wish to save is located.
** Select the “Save” icon located under the “Save” column.
** Follow the instructions to save.
How can I print a copy of a statement?:
While viewing the desired statement in Adobe Acrobat, click “Print” on the Toolbar.
Why am I unable to view statements within the browser?:
Ensure Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer (please see Adobe Acrobat Reader download link below).
Your browser may be incorrectly configured. Restoring the browsers default settings may resolve the problem.
Clicking an entry in my statement does not show the image?:
Your browser or PDF reader may be incorrectly configured. Restoring your default settings may correct the issue
Am I subject to tax on my investment as an overseas resident?
Yes you are. However, if you are domiciled outside of Jamaica, you may be eligible for a reduced rate of taxation. The rate is determined by the taxation treaty, which exists between your country and Jamaica. Country Rate United States 12.5% Canada 15% The United Kingdom 15% CARICOM 15%. Do you accept cash?
Cash lodgments are facilitated through National Commercial Bank branches island-wide. Please be sure to indicate to the bank representative the type of investments (stocks, money market or bonds) in which you are interested, so that the correct account may be credited.
How can I get a printed copy of your Annual Report?
Current and historic Annual Reports can be downloaded from our website. However, if you are unable to view these files, then you can request a copy be mailed to you by emailing our Registrar, NCB Nominees at ncbinfo@jncb.com.
