The document will be uploaded to the site within 48 hours of the request; thereafter you will be notified when it is ready.

I can’t find Evidence in the Document Search. Can you help?
If you can’t find your evidence document in the Document Search, make sure you have entered the registration number, for example, 109A 65; otherwise please contact landregsearch@gov.ky.

How do I get a document if it is not available on Document Request Online and money was deducted from my account?
