What is Institutional Partnership (IP) Program?
The Institutional Partnership Program (IPP) is PCSO’s response to the concerns/ needs of various sectors in society through the programs and services of accredited social welfare and development agencies (SWDAs) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) or private health-related foundations/agencies licensed/accredited by the Department of Health (DOH).

It provides funding assistance to augment the budgetary needs of qualified agencies for the nutritional, medical, and health interventions of specific clientele groups. It is an acknowledgement, acceptance, and respect by each party of the other’s distinct, but mutually complementary and interdependent roles for the attainment of shared goals for the well-being of needy clients.
Who May Avail Institutional Partnership?
** Residential Care agencies (Center-Based) for female and male children, youth, adult, elderly, persons with disability, women and children who suffer as victims of violence, families, communities and other sectors that have become victims of poverty that provide basic human needs such as food, clothing, shelter and medicines including social, physical, psychological and spiritual activities.
** Rehabilitation and detention centers, temporary shelters for juvenile delinquents and street children, and DOH licensed/accredited centers for individuals with substance dependencies and persons deprived of liberty.
** Mental health facilities licensed/accredited by DOH and skills development centers for people with disabilities (PWD).
** Medical/health organizations involved in providing free medical services or other health interventions for indigent patients.
** Community based agency with programs and services that are accredited by the DSWD.

Coverage of Institutional Partnership (IP) Program
** Augmentation for the food and nutritional needs.
** Medical, dental services or procedures:
** Laboratory;
** Diagnostic;
** ER expenses including professional fees;
** Confinement expenses including room and professional fees; and
** Dental services except cosmetic/aesthetic dental treatments
** Dental treatment for children with cleft lip and palate
** Medicines and medical supplies (vitamins, maintenance, and treatment medicines).
** Speech, physical, occupational, psychological, psychiatric, and other developmental therapy including professional fees.
** Women and children who suffer as victims of violence may incur related medical expenses such as:
** Psychological/psychiatric therapy including professional fees; and Medicines.
** Corrective eyeglasses, corrective shoes, lower limb prosthesis and assistive devices (wheelchair, walker, canes/quad canes) for Persons with Disability; and
** Other health-related services as may be approved by the General Manager.
Checklist of Institutional Partnership (IP) Program
1. New Applicant/Renewal:
** Application Form (Annex A);
** Certified True Copy of Updated DSWD Accreditation or DOH License/Accreditation Certificate;
** Certified True Copy of Security and Exchange Commission Certificate;
** Certified True Copy of Latest Annual Accomplishment Report;
** Project Proposal with work and financial plan including Sources of Fund (Annex B);
** Certified True Copy of the BIR Form 2303;
** Audited Financial Statement for the past three (3) years for NGOs; and
** Original PA Secretary’s Certificate and Photocopy of the ID of the PA Authorized Signatory for the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PCSO.
** Certificate of No Previous Grant (New Applicant; CAD to supply document)
2. Additional Requirement For Renewal:
Certification from ABD that the previous PCSO assistance has been liquidated. (CAD to supply document)
