The Cambodia e-Arrival is a new system designed to make the process easier for your arrival to the Kingdom of Cambodia. It replaces the paper Immigration Form, Health Form, and Customs Declaration by providing a single portal.

How To Submit Cambodia e-Arrival?

1. The Service allows you to apply for a Cambodia e-Arrival visa by submitting personal, passport, and travel information online. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

2. Submitting an application does not guarantee the issuance of an e-Arrival visa. The decision to grant or deny a visa is at the sole discretion of the Cambodian government.

3. It is your responsibility to apply for the e-Arrival visa within the appropriate timeframe before your intended travel date.

4. A non-refundable processing fee is required for each e-Arrival visa application. The fee amount will be displayed at the time of payment.

5. Payment must be made using the payment methods provided by the Service. You are responsible for any additional charges associated with the transaction, including currency conversion fees or bank charges.

6. In the event of a payment failure or dispute, the application will not be processed until the issue is resolved.

7. If your e-Arrival visa application is approved, you will receive an electronic visa (“e-Visa”) via email. The e-Visa must be printed or saved electronically and presented to immigration authorities upon arrival in Cambodia.

8. The e-Arrival visa is valid for a single entry into Cambodia and must be used within the validity period specified in the approval notice.

9. The e-Arrival visa does not guarantee entry into Cambodia. Final entry permission is at the discretion of the immigration officer at the port of entry.
