KCPE :
This system allows you to seach for KCPE/Form One Results for:
** a Candidate (by using an Index Number)

Education For Sustainable Development (Esd) Programme

Since then it has generated many success stories to be scaled up, with many inter-governmental agreements on sustainable development now duly recognizing the importance of education. Kenya Primary Education Development Project

The Global Partnership for Education (GPE) has approved a grant of USD 88.4 million to the Ministry of Education Science and Technology for the Kenya Primary Education Development project.

The project covers the following four components: Component 1 : Improving early grade mathematics competencies Component II: Strengthening Primary school management systems Component III: Evidence based policy development Component IV: Project management. The project is expected to run from year 2015 – 2018. The World Bank is the Supervising Entity.

Additional Simplified Procedure

There are two ways to access the Kenya Education Results Online System (KEROS):

Online:
You can go to the KNEC website at www.knec.ac.ke and click on the “KEROS” tab. Enter your index number and the year you sat for the exam, then click on “Submit”.

SMS:
You can also send an SMS to 20076 with the following format:
** KCPEINDEXNUMBER<space>YEAR
** KCSEINDEXNUMBER<space>YEAR

For example, to check the KCPE results for the year 2023, you would send an SMS to 20076 with the following text:
** KCPE12345678902023

The cost of sending an SMS to 20076 is Ksh 25.

Here are the steps on how to access KEROS online:
1. Go to the KNEC website at www.knec.ac.ke.
2. Click on the “KEROS” tab.
3. Enter your index number and the year you sat for the exam.
4. Click on “Submit”.
5. Your results will be displayed.
