Step-2 : Enter your Tracking Numbers. (You can query up to 20 tracking numbers at the same time, please separate them with commas or spaces.)

Where can I track shipment status?
If you don’t have a Flash account, you may track your parcel using your tracking number from our Tracking Page. (i.e. P010160AA). If you have a Flash account, login to our official website or mobile application.

Via our app:
(1) Tap the My Parcels icon
(2) Look for your parcel
(3) Or simply enter the tracking no in the home page of the app!

Via our official website:
(1) Click Shipping from the top navigation bar.
(2) Click My Shipments from the left side menu.
(3) Search for your parcel.

Why did my parcel status stop updating?
In most cases, it is due to a short delay in shipping or a delay in tracking information updates in the express tracking system. Normally, it will not be more than 2 days. However, if your parcel status has not been updated for more than 2-3 days, please check the Tracking Page or contact our customer service.

If I do not have my tracking number, is it still possible to track my shipment?
** For your convenience and delightful experience, we strongly recommend you to register a Flash account.
** If you are the sender, you will receive your tracking number through a confirmation SMS message or email after the parcel has been collected. If you don’t have your tracking number, you can log in to your Flash Account via our official website or APP and view your parcels.
** If you are the consignee, please contact the sender to obtain the tracking number or the status of the parcel.

When I attempted to track my Flash Express shipment, I received an invalid waybill error message. Why?
1. Please first check whether the format of Flash Express tracking number you entered is correct : P + 8 alphanumeric characters, for example, P010160AA ;
2. If you have ever changed your tracking number, please enter the new tracking number.

If you still received an invalid message, please contact our customer service at (02) 8539 4002.

My parcel’s destination address is not correct. Can I correct the address?
1. If the package has just been collected, you can contact the Courier who collected your package to modify the delivery details.
2. You can modify the street address via the app. Go to My Parcels then look for your parcel in the In Transit list. Province, city, and barangay cannot be edited.
3. If the parcel is already on the way, you can also contact our Customer Service at (02) 8539 4002 for assistance.

Note:
To ensure that your parcel arrives on time at the accurate location, we strongly recommend you to double check the information carefully when sending out the parcel.

Will my parcel be opened for inspection by Flash Express?
** Flash Express states that all the parcels shipped by the company must be subject to government laws and regulations.
** If the parcel is regarded as a dangerous good or illegal article, the company has the right to unpack the parcel without notice for security, customs requirements, or other legitimate reasons.
** If the government and customs officers need to execute the open-case inspection, the company will strictly comply with the inspector’s instructions and will not need to notify the sender and recipient in advance.

Note:
1. The Company shall not be liable to senders, recipients, or other third parties for any damage or immeasurable effects caused during the open-case inspection by government agencies.
2. Parcel that have been opened for inspection by a government agency is no longer covered by any insurance.
3. Regarding parcels opened for inspection and detained by government agency, customer must contact the government officer and provide relevant certificates to retrieve the parcel in person.
4. For parcels released by the government after being detained, if customer requests to continue the shipment, the customer will need to re-order from Flash Express and pay a separate shipping fee.
