Trust Bank offers yet another great, timesaving banking service:
SMS banking. This automated SMS banking can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service performs balance query and mini statement through SMS via a fixed mobile number given by you.

Mini statement contains last five debit and credit transactions including balances. SMS banking service will cost Tk. 3 plus VAT for each SMS. This service will soon include utility bill and fund transfer facilities.

SMS Banking Services can be availed from your Mobile Phone.

SMS Banking Services:
** Account Balance Enquiry
** Mini Statement (last five transactions)
** Notification on Account Debit (e.g. Card Transactions in ATM and/or POS)
** Notifications on Account Credit (e.g. on cash deposit, salary receive, etc.)

SMS Alert Service:
A customer will get a SMS notification after completion of ATM and POS transaction containing the debit amount.

You may download the application form above or collect it from any branch of Trust Bank.

Please submit this form to your respective branch to obtain the PIN Code.

For Balance query :
“bal<space>PIN code” and send it to Trust bank’s mobile number “01713244905”
For Example: If PIN code is 1499 then you will write “bal<space>1499” and send it to Trust bank mobile number

For Mini statement:
“sta<space>PIN code” and send it to Trust bank’s mobile number “01713244905”

For Example: PIN code is 1499 then you will write
“sta <space><>1499″ and Trust bank’s mobile number

Fees & Charges of SMS Card Services
** Yearly registration fee Tk. 100/ Card. ( For Credit Card the amount will be debited from your Credit Card Account & for Debit Card the amount will be debited from your Trust Bank account during the time of registration)

** You will be charged with TK 1.00/ SMS.
** For Credit Card your credit card account will be debited at the time of receiving SMS.
** For Debit Card your Trust Bank Account will be debited monthly for the number of SMS received for that month.
