How to Apply PAssion Silver Concession (PASC) Card?

You will receive an invitation pack to apply for the PAssion Silver Concession (PASC) Card one month before your 60th birthday.

You may apply via the following channels:
Online: Click here or via the SimplyGo app
Any SimplyGo Ticket Office

Please ensure that your application is received by TransitLink at least two weeks before your 60th birthday so that you can receive and start using your concession card immediately afterwards.

If your application is not received by the deadline stated in the invitation letter, a PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession)^ will be issued and mailed to you instead.

^The PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) offers the same benefits as the PASC Card, except concessionary transport fares and a longer crossing times at Green Man+ pedestrian crossings.

Documents required:
1 x colour, passport-sized photograph
*The photograph must:
– Be taken within the last three months
– Have a white background
– Show the full face from the top of the head to the chin
– Have neatly combed or tied up hair

Eligibility Criteria for PAssion Silver Concession Card

You must be:
A Singapore Citizen
Above 60 years old or turning 60 years old in a month’s time

I have received the PAssion Silver Concession Card. Can I still apply for the PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession)?
No. Eligible commuters can only hold either a PAssion Silver Concession Card or a PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession).

I have received the PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession). Can I still apply for the PAssion Silver Concession Card?
No. Each member can only hold either a PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) or a PAssion Silver Concession Card.

If you wish to convert your PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) to the PAssion Silver Concession Card, please apply via the following channels:
Online: Click here or via the SimplyGo app
Any SimplyGo Ticketing Service Centre (TSC) or Ticket Office (TO)

Documents required:
** 1 x colour, passport-sized photograph*
** Original NRIC (soft copy for online application)
** Representative’s original NRIC/passport (if someone is applying on your behalf at the TSC/TO)

The photograph must:

What is the difference between the Pioneer Generation Card/Merdeka Generation Card and the PAssion Silver Concession Card?
Target group: The Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation Cards are for specific cohorts of Singapore Citizens, while the PAssion Silver Concession Card is for all Singapore Citizens above 60 years old.

Benefits: The Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation Card provide mainly lifetime healthcare benefits to keep healthcare costs affordable for Pioneer and Merdeka Generation seniors. In comparison, the PAssion Silver Concession Card aims to promote healthy and active ageing. With this card, Singapore Citizens aged 60 and above can enjoy PAssion Silver membership, concessionary fares on public transport and discounts at participating merchants.

I am an existing PAssion Card holder. What will happen to my PAssion Card and the status of my yuu Points when I receive my PAssion Silver Concession Card / PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession)?
You can continue to use your existing PAssion Card(s) as it can co-exist with your PAssion Silver Concession Card / PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession). You can also continue to earn and redeem yuu Points on the respective PAssion Cards when you have created a yuu Account on yuu App and linked your card(s).

Alternatively, you can use yuu App and scan your yuu ID at checkout to earn/redeem your yuu Points.  However, do note that the PAssion Silver Concession Card / PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) offers better benefits in comparison.

For PAssion Silver Concession Card matters, please contact the SimplyGo Hotline at 1800-2255 663. For PAssion Silver Card (Non-Concession) matters, you can contact the PAssion Card Hotline at 6225 5322. Both hotlines operate daily, except Public Holidays, from 8am to 6pm.

Additional Simplified Procedure

There are two ways to apply for a PAssion Silver Concession (PASC) Card:
Online:
1. Go to the SimplyGo website or mobile app.
2. Click on the “Apply for PASC Card” button.
3. Enter your personal details and click on the “Submit” button.
4. You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted.

In person:
1. Go to any SimplyGo Ticket Office.
2. Fill out the PASC Card application form.
3. Submit the application form and your original NRIC.
4. You will receive your PASC Card on the spot.
