A certificate of good standing—also called a certificate of existence, status certificate, or certificate of authorization—is a document issued by a government authority, usually a secretary of state, that shows your entity has met its statutory requirements and is authorized to do business. Complete a Consent for Release of Information Form – Certificate of Standing and send to the Office of the Registrar, Professional Licensing.

Fees for Certificate of Good Standing
The Fees for Certificate of Good Standing are given below,

Fees / Frais :
** $22.00 for each original Certificate of Standing; / 22 $ pour chaque original du certificat de compétence;
** $6.00 for each additional copy of that Certificate of Standing. / 6 $ pour chaque copie supplémentaire.
