Physical Medical Examinations :

General medical check-ups and physical examinations are routinely done for adolescent clients. Clinic days are Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 8:30 – 11:00 am.

Any adolescent member of the public can access this service.

Process :
** Visit Adolescent Health Centre on Physical Examination Clinic days (Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30am – 11:00am).
** Register at front desk.
** Wait in the waiting area until name is called.
** Participate in examination.
** Carry out recommendations prescribed.

Supporting Documents:
** Picture ID (both client and parent/guardian for first visit).
** Parent/guardian written consent (clients under 18 years).
** Accompanied by parent or guardian for first visit (clients under 18 years).

How can I become an International Owner of Second Homes?
Overseas Investors may acquire residential properties in The Bahamas of up to two acres without prior Government approval.

Such acquisitions are required to be registered in accordance with the International Persons Landholding Act. Second Home Owners are eligible for a Home Owners Residence Card, renewable annually.

Please N.B. This card will :
** Facilitate entry into The Bahamas and entitle the owner, his spouse and minor children to enter and remain in The Bahamas for the duration of the validity of the card.
** Application may be made to the Director of Immigration.
