This service renews vehicles ownership after the technical testing and insurance.

Targeted Customers:
Individuals

Requirements:
** Testing the vehicle that passed 3 years of its first registration
** Insurance 13 months from registration date (electronic)
** Copy of valid passport
** Copy of ID
** Copy of valid driving license
** Copy of trading license and certificate from the chamber of commerce and industry for companies (valid)

Procedure:
** Providing the employee with the required documents and getting the electronic q-number
** The employee enters the information into the E-System, collects the fees, and provides the customer with the vehicles ownership.

Special Conditions:
The person concerned should pay all the traffic fines on the vehicle and traffic file

Fees:
** Registration of: light vehicles Individuals 240 AED
** light vehicles (transportation) 790 AED
** private light truck 1090 AED
** public light truck 1090 AED
** private heavy Truck 1490 AED
** public heavy truck 1490 AED

Data Modification of Vehicles Ownership :
About : This service issues a new ownership after the modification of the data
Targeted Customers : Individuals – companies – governmental sectors

Requirements :
** Letter from the bank (mortgage release or mortgage addition)
** Vehicles Insurance (change of insurance)
** Vehicle’s testing (to change the engine or color)
** Copy of passport ( to change name or nationality)

Procedure :
** Receptionist receives required documents from applicant
** The employee enters the information into the E-System, collects the fees, and provides the customer with the vehicles ownership

Special Conditions :
** The person concerned should pay all the traffic fines on the vehicle and traffic code.
** The vehicle ownership should be valid.
Fees : AED 30

About Us :
The Emirate of Sharjah is located at a longitude of 55 degrees and 25 East, and a latitude of 25 degrees and 22 North. Sharjah is the oldest Emirate on the coast of Oman, and lies in the centre of other emirates, spread over an area of 2600 sq. km, occupying 3.3% of the total area of the United Arab Emirates (not counting the islands).

It is the only emirate that overlooks the coastline on the Arabian Gulf from the West and the Gulf of Oman (Indian Ocean) from the East. The coastline on the Gulf extends about 20 Km, and within 80 Km to the Gulf of Oman.
