Only existing individual Account holders can access the Service after registration process

NBB’s Mobile Banking service presents unprecedented convenience and speed, through which most banking transactions can be done securely on your mobile phone. NBB’s Mobile Banking platform offers services like enquiries on accounts and credit cards, transfers, remittances, payments and many more.

Some of the key services available through NBB Mobile Banking are:
** On-line information on your accounts including available balance
** Credit card balances including billed & unbilled transactions, available limit, recent transactions and statements.
** Funds transfer between own accounts, local and international remittances to pre-registered beneficiaries.
** Payments to your credit card or any other NBB credit card
** Make and receive payment to and from another NBB account holders through phone, without disclosing any account numbers.
** Payment of utility bills (Water & Electricity, Batelco and Zain). Top-ups for pre-paid phones.
** Creation, & deletion of beneficiaries for recurrent bill payments, and many more…

To enroll, just download the application from the respective app store (Apple, Android or Blackberry). You can then go through the customer registration process under Login option. If your mobile number is already updated in NBB’s records, there is no need to visit any branch. Before you enroll, we highly recommend reviewing the below FAQs which is also available on the Login page. Alternatively, you may use our “Browser-based” mobile banking by accessing the following link (URL) on your mobile browser (https://www.nbbonline.com/).

Downloading and using the Mobile Banking Application (for Smart Phones) is easy:
Smart phone users –
iPhone and iPad users can download the application currently available free of cost from the Apple App Store.
For Android users, the application is currently available free of cost through Android Market (Google Play)
For Blackberry OS7 users, the application is currently available free of cost through Blackberry App world.

How do I Register:

(a) Once the app is downloaded to your phone, go to the Login option. Select “Customer Registration” and input your :
a. ATM/Debit Card number
b. ATM PIN
c. Account Number
d. Email Address (Optional)

From the drop-down menu, select the mobile number that you wish to use for Mobile Banking. This will be your ‘registered’ number for mobile banking and all notifications / messages related to NBB Mobile Banking will be sent to this mobile number.

(b) Upon authentication you will receive an Activation Code (One-time-password, or OTP) on your “registered” mobile number
(c) Enter the OTP in the space provided for the same.
(d) Set up your login details (User ID and Login Password)
(e) Accept Terms & Conditions.

Note:

Denoting a mobile number as your ‘registered’ mobile number for NBB Mobile Banking is only allowed for Mobile Numbers that are already registered with the Bank (that is, the mobile numbers that you would have provided during opening your account/s). In case you need to update Mobile Numbers registered with the Bank, please visit any NBB branch to update your mobile numbers.

Points to remember when selecting your User ID & Login password:
** User ID must be between 6 to 16 characters in length (not case sensitive)
** User ID can comprise of alphabets or digits or a combination of both
** No special characters should be used
** Login Password must be between 6 to 12 characters in length (case sensitive)
** Login Password must comprise of at least one alphabet and one digit
