** Visit your nearest branch

Steps to open the e-statement:
** You will receive your e-statement from estatement [AT] qib.com.qa
** Your e-statements will be in .pdf format
** Double click on the file. A new pop-up will appear requesting for password
** Enter your RIM Number as the password and click “OK” to open
** Your e-Statement will appear

Secure Online Card Payments :
Secure Online Card Payments is a free service, which provides an additional security layer for your online QIB Credit and Debit card transactions.

In association with VISA and MasterCard, QIB has introduced an easy-to-use service to further enhance security of your Internet based payments in order to give you peace of mind while performing transactions online.

Each time upon using your QIB Credit and Debit card to purchase online, a new window requesting you to enter one-time password (OTP) will pop up.

** If you are registered for QIB Aman App, you can generate an OTP from the application. If you want to download QIB Aman App, available for Apple, Android and Blackberry phones, Click here

** If you opted for SMS OTP, you will receive an SMS with OTP on your registered mobile

This service is provided and verified in association with 3D Secure services and ‘Verified-by-VISA’ and ‘MasterCard Secure Code’. For maximum customer protection, online purchases and payments with Debit cards are allowed only on 3D secure enabled portals.
